Very slow service for walk up customers as tbe mobile orders all seem to be given priority. I waited so long on a latte order i eventually gave up and just asked for a regular coffee. No explanation, no apology, no offer to give me a refund.

As much as I love Starbucks and have been loyal to this one in particular, I will be changing to a different Starbucks. I have been ordering the 2 scoops matcha in a Venti iced water for a few weeks now and it has always been $0.86 until today when out of the blue they have changed the price to a blended iced tea price. When i went to pay he informed me it was an across the board change with all Starbucks but there is nothing posted online or anywhere about that. I went to another Starbucks following this visit and sure enough they only charged me $0.86 for my water and matcha. Just a heads up to any other Matcha lovers out there.

I love Gabby. Shes fun nice. The little Asian girl in the morning she's nice too but she's mad at me for not bringing a parrot for Halloween costume. she was a pirate. The rest of the crew work efficiently and smartly although I'm not interested in them. then of course you got the manager Rebecca who is Corporate Starbucks which is why I've given her an opportunity to blow up so to speak. I asked for whipped cream with my order and they didn't even put it in my coffee. I waited patiently in line while people that were behind me got their orders ahead of mine. Not cool...

Smaller place, but it was a nice retreat from the rain and the holiday spice flat white was a lot better than I'd expected.
