Church's Chicken

I haven't eaten fried chicken in over 10 years so I can give an opinion on that. But me and my sister purchased I think the 12pc meal deal with sides and 2 bags of drinks. The customer service was great. Made sure we had everything before we left and was very courteous and kind. But I did enjoy the biscuits mashed potatoes and gravy and Mac and cheese.

This has got to be one of the most depressing church's location that I've ever been to. The staff don't look happy. The customers definitely aren't happy and you'd be wise to check your order before leaving. I only ordered two items and was very clear on what I ordered. When my order was called out, I went to grab the bag and noticed it felt lighter than usual for what I ordered. Unsurprisingly, when I got to my car and checked my food- I didn't receive the sized portion that I was charged for. Given the quality of customer service I received- I literally just left with what I had. The franchise is very good and I've never received such subpar service as this. Drove straight to the Moreland location and received excellent service. Will never patronize this location ever again.

The absolute worst chicken I have ever had. I thought my manager taste buds was off when she said churches chicken at the West End was nasty the next day I went waited in line like 20mins to get a flavorless old Luke warm rubbery & dry 10 piece chicken with 2wings only 1 dry pinch of honey no butter biscuit for $17. Completely nasty. That food taste like they're struggling. I gave 1 star to warn others

This location was very disappointing in the prices was outrageous and the customer service was less than poor. I have been eating Churches Chicken since I was a kid and I have never felt the way I felt at this location like I was getting cheated out my money it just saddens me to have had this experience and as well as to have it with this fast food restaurant.
