If I could give zero I would. The workers are extremely rude for no reason first off. My sister ordered wings and loaded fries. She had hair in her fries. When i told the man about it in a nice way his entire demeanor changed. He was rude ever since. He ignored me when i walked up there and constantly rolled his eyes when my sister asked for her refund. He didn’t refund her money to her card because she wasn’t the one to walk up there again. His reasoning was “that’s stupid she bought it why couldn’t she come and get it. I’m just going to give her cash”. He constantly rolled his eyes, he huffed and puffed and got loud. Do not recommend. Extremely unprofessional place that should be closed. The picture is from my niece’s food. She also had a hair in her fries. It’s a shame.

Boy where do I began. First, this place needs to be shut down for serving undercooked food! Second, there’s no seasoning with use bell peppers. This is by far the worst place to get food from.. Disgusting. Brought it for my daughter and she made me taste it. She definitely trashed it, and she loves cheesesteak!

If I could give Zero stars I would. Customer service is horrible. The management are cheap deliberately and the food is HORRIBLE. Shop elsewhere. If not eat Ramen Noodles. Better than anything on there menu. They even disconnected there phone so people can't call in to complain. That by itself says enough.

WORST WORST WORST SERVICE AND FOOD. We were here on March 22nd 2021 at 6.30pm and ordered a Veggie Falafel Wrap. Even though the Manager was present there He did not pay attention to how it is made. The Falafel was not fully cooked. Even the taste was not at all upto the mark of GW Gyro & Wings. If the GW Gyro & Wings Corporate people are reading this review please discontinue your franchisee contracts with these guys who are bound to destroy the name and brand of GW. Hope someone from the Top Management pays heed to this review.
