Church's Chicken

Everything tasted horrible. I couldn't even finish the meal. I will never return to this location again! And to add insult to injury, I waited in the drive-thru line for over 20 mins which is beyond ridiculous! Especially considering how bad the food was and it gave me a stomach bug so I'm guessing that this location isn't clean smh

If you want Church's like in the commercials, this is where you should go. The pieces are good size. The staff friendly and FAST two orders in just a couple minutes. No street attitude or look here. The place is clean and you can tell the workers take pride in their work. Even if you have to come across town. This store is THE place.

This used to be my favorite Church's. Last few times I went.. today and last week, were disappointing. I was accused of already having my order...just trying to get a free meal. SMDH. I let it go and moved on. Today, I get home and half my order is missing. It was a simple order, so I didn't check. Don't know exactly what's happening, but I won't go back.

Placed order in the drive-thru, It was wrong and I had to go inside. Got a feast for four And got three small macaroni and cheese instead of one family size. The cups had been warmed so long until they had cracked open and the macaroni and cheese was black and hard at the bottom. The manager stated that was all they had. After I continue to complain about it, he reached in the warmer and got a larger family size cup. He had several large cups in the warmer. Seems to me they were trying to get rid of all the old ones. The family fry was a large fry and the container was not full it was not in a box it was in a sleeve. I disregarded that and stood in line to get a family box of fries. I stood in line behind two other people approximately 15 minutes and their order was incorrect as well. When it was my turn the cashier shouted, The guy behind you was first and would not wait on me. The manager had to explain to him I was already in there waiting. Then the guy took me and I asked for a family box of fries and he said I can’t give you that we don’t sell them in a box. I left that churches chicken and went to one a little further away closer to home and got a box of fries. The manager tried to rectify the problem but the employee made it worse. I never really leave a review online but this was such bad service. I don’t know if this churches is individually owned, but I am calling the corporate office. I was at that church for 35 minutes with no rectification of the problem. Customer service and quality of service is aweful!!!

The cashier with the piercings who served me was very unprofessional the food was terrible and she was very rude to an elder customer and that made her look more uglier.. went off on the lady talm bout COVID restrictions but had no mask on and let more customers inn but went in on a paying customer and I'm glad it wasn't my grandmother or mother

Staff ghetto ND rude. One worker was sitting in her car another worker came to get her the drive through line was so long the doors was locked how you have an attitude because we wanna place 3 orders in drive thru ... and after we got the wrong order and touched the chicken they put it back with the rest of the chicken... I'm mad I threw away My receipt I really want to report the cashiers on duty

I got lunch today and was asked to give my advice on it.🤦🏽‍♀️ I got the chicken strip and shrimp meal. I didn't get the fries I was supposed to get.🙄The breading on some of the food was too tuff. One shrimp wasn't done.👀 I had a jalapeno popper in my food. 🤔So the grease needs changing or something🤯 the biscuit was good till I got to the bottom it wasn't too done and the bottom was hard.🤷🏽‍♀️
