Chick-fil-a

I was hungry and wanted a Chick-fil-A breakfast meal. Due to the time had past 11AM, I had to rethink meal fast. The line was long, yet my order was taken fairly quickly. The rating is for a short wait time to order spicy meal. There were several cashiers taking orders. The cashier who served me was courteous and wished me happy holidays. The wait time to get food was a less than 6 minutes. I did not expect to get a meal in less than 10 minutes.

I love this place. However I stopped going for breakfast. Not just this location but 2 others I go to from time to time. The biscuits are not as soft & moist. The chicken in the biscuits were not as delicious as chicken for sandwiches. It has been fried too hard or extra crunchy--bad combo for a biscuit that wasnt good too. The hashbrowns are in a small box that is rarely full. The lemonade from Chick Fil A seems to have a salty taste. Seems like quality has gone down a bit. The service is always great at all the locations I have been too.

Worst experience at Chick-Fil-A of my life. It was worse than those crappy service express ones you find on college campuses and only had half the menu at best. They were as slow as possible, taking 18 minutes to get my 4 chicken minis. People who ordered after me were getting their minis before me. They gave me a card for a free sandwhich that can only be redeemed at the same location, as if i would like to go back to they place. Would rate 1/10 stars if i could, don't go here, go the extra .7 miles to another one.

The heavy set female clerk with very short hair was unfriendly to mt family and I, slung our bag of food onto the counter, but.she bent overboard to give very friendly service to the white customer just before us! Lots of friendly chit chat and helping them with their selection! And we were visiting our injured parent who was in ICU at the hospital! We didnt need or deserve to be treated like that!!
