Domino's Pizza

Ordered online. Will never order from this location again. Received the pizzas, the cheese wasn’t melted and the crust was falling apart. I purchased 5 additional sauces and did not receive a single one. The toppings were supposed to be on half of the pizza and it was on top of all but 2 slices. Papa Johns for the win.

The employees try their hardest considering the situation they have been put in. No one wants to be a delivery driver because of the horrible pay. So don't order delivery. Dominos is not the only franchise going through this, Marcos Pizza has the same thing going on. There are no delivery drivers. If you don't like that instead of making ratings on their stores. Encourage Dominos the corporation (the ones who make the actual decisions, not the store) to pay their drivers more. Its good to get mad but you are getting mad at the wrong person. If you really can't go pick up a pizza and need one order off of uber eats or grubhub your preferred food service app.

Ordered pizza via the app which gave the time when it will be ready by. When we got there the door was locked with a few other people waiting to pickup their food. One person finally opened the door and said “everyone walked out and no one is making food” I know it’s hard to find good service in Atlanta but this was a new low

Straight garbage pizza shop. They only deliver when we call, can't order online. When we do order, it's regularly over 2 hours to get cold pizza, wrong pizza or no pizza. After calling the store several times they just don't care. Was told that if we wanted pizza, then we just have to wait longer. Today it's past 2 hours. Emails to corporate go unanswered. Stay away from dominos in Sandy Springs.

Worst Domino's franchise of all time! This owner must be hands off as it's the most poorly run business i've ever witnessed. This is the 2nd time that they have failed me. I know better for next time! I ordered on the app at 6:34 and it said the delivery time was 28-34 minutes. then it updated that Duanda (?) was prepping my order. Poor delivery guy showed up at 10:00!! Sorry domino's, we ordered from PIZZA HUT and had ZERO issues. They'll have y business from now on. I'll be calling my CC company to deny the charges now because no one ever answers the phone at this location. I would give zero stars if it were an option.

I called two hours after I placed my order to see if I could come pick it up - it's a football Saturday, the weather is gross, finding drivers is tough, I get it. After being on hold for close to 10 minutes, the overwhelmed district manager picked up - and he realized that all of the orders from around that time of night had been cancelled without warning/notice to the customers. Recommend skipping this location for now.
