Overall a good place to live. The application process was simple and pretty quick. The apartment it self was good no issues everything worked how it should have. The Smart home part of it may or may not be in your home. They told me it would be installed soon and I went 10 months into the lease till it was added. It can get loud outside seeing how it can just echo between the building. Dog wash was great! love that! The mailroom and package center is good as well. Pool was always busy during the summer. The leasing office try to have some sort of event every month. Parking can be bad around Brave games especially during the playoffs. The lease office was always quick to pick up the phone and answer email. Maintenance was always quick to respond, replace filters, were kind, and helpful The reason of 4/5 stars was that rent jumped up about 15% for me to renew my lease and I think the complex is a little pricey. Its about a mile walk to the stadium which is not as nice as other complex's but they are charging the same rates as them. Overall if they change the prices it would be a 5/5

The apartment was exactly what we saw advertised! The process of getting in was easy and I like how it is a gated community! We did stay on the 3rd floor and had a balcony. The view was beautiful! Very spacious apartment and perfect for a couples get away

I've lived here for 9 months. Windsor has managed this complex for literally a week and they've already done more than Greystar ever has. They are very responsive to our needs and are actively addressing every comment I've made in the tenant survey. I'm really thrilled to see this property getting the care and thoroughness it's been in need of. Greystar jacked everyone's rent up before they packed up and sold the property resulting in a lot of great people moving out. I really hope this trend doesn't continue but I am excited to see what's to come.
