Pizza Hut

This pizza hut never answer their phone. I specifically told them we don't eat pork. Pizza hut stillndelivered pepperoni and sausage. I told them chicken. They refuse to allowed me to use my 30 dollar credit. I had a credit earlier and called back no credit. The manager never calls back. I gad to call this location 10 times today. The representative just hung up on me. Bad customer service skills. What this pizza hut dint understand? We don't eat pork. Passed 2 orders was wrong. They specifically told me to call back after 7 pm to retrieve my credit. Call at 715 now.i dont have a credit. I waited on the phone 45 minutes to speak to them. They never have any deliver driver.

Ordered on the app for pickup and showed up well after i was told on the app my food would be ready. I stood at the counter in front of an associate and was acknowledged after about 5 minutes because she was on her personal cell. Ordered the edge pizza, and a medium pizza with different ingredients on each half. My edge pizza was cut like a regular pizza instead of in squares like it’s advertised. My pepperoni pizza with half green peppers, half banana peppers came out half pepperoni, half cheese. Received no apology, but asked if i wanted it made again, as if I had made the mistake on what i ordered. Waited an additional 15 minutes, still no apology, still paid full price. Left without my drink being given to me and had to turn around. Breadsticks were drenched in garlic sauce, not sure why because i didn’t request it and never had breadsticks from Pizza Hut like that. Lashida showed no remorse or empathy for her lack of customer service. Reprimanded the staff in front of a lobby full of guests. Never had a bad experience at this location but based off this one time i will probably never return. I’ve received better customer service at a fast food chain

I had the worst service here. NEVER order from here. I made an order online, 2 hours later no pizza delivered. I called the store and was told that they didn't have any delivery drivers. I asked, how come I was able to make a delivery order. He told me it was my fault they could not call me to let me knw because my number wasnt on file. It never asked for my number..... He never apologized and got an attitude with me. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I would have liked to give them no stars.

Ignorant manager states once door dash takes food it is not her problem. Did not pay for door dash. Ordered pizza 3/18 on Pizza Hut website and still waiting on refund. Never got the pizza. Jesus Christ still waiting on the refund. 03/27 Paid $26.65, received $23.16 back still waiting on $3.49. no answer from this company.

Went to go pick up breadsticks and they would not take quarters as payment! No coin shortage here! And they would rather eat or throw away the food rather than take my US currency quarters!!! No dimes, no Nicole’s, all quarters! I wonder if the owner knows about this type of waste?! Went to the S. Cobb location where they had absolutely no problem accepting quarters! Won’t give this shady Pizza Hut @ Bolton Rd. Any more chances!!!

So the gentleman who greeted me when I came in was so friendly so personable I only ordered cinnabon cinnamon rolls and I ordered it during halftime of game seven perfectly timed and when I asked for extra icing he made certain that I got the actual cinnabon extra icing I was over the moon the Boston Celtics won and I'm not saying that his extra attention to detail didn't swing the game one way or the other but I'm saying Bolton road is my new favorite Pizza Hut order your pizza from Bolton road Pizza Hut they're awesome

Can't believe Pizza hut's survey directed it to a google review. Oh well here we go. I ordered before they open in hopes of getting hot food delivered. I was wrong they were supposed to deliver it by 11:30 and it didn't come until 1:15pm. I ordered it at 10:30am basically you have to order it if you will be hungry very far in the future which is what I thought I was doing. The food was cold like all of it wings and pizza. Cheese had gotten stiff the whole 9-yards. I think i'm done with Pizza hut I need to lose weight anyway. Edit: guys they are using door dash now for deliveries!!! you can track it for real and not that fake pizza track thing on their website!!!
