The Drive Thru is horrible I repeated my order three times.. two people working the voice and register.. lost! it was so bad that I got back in line reorder did not ask for a refund and it was STILL WRONG.. as a business owner and as a former TCB employee .. you have got to do better ugh .. I even gave back the messed up food and I even paid for my reorder. ***UPDATE** So my daughter really wanted some TCB, so I gave in and gave it another try. I must say that this return visit such a great improvement. (and no, they did not know it was me on the return visit.) Everything was great. Customer service, food prep, and attitude. The two young ladies and their manger were very professional. Sorry no pictures to post , we ate everything. This was in the drive thru.

I ordered supreme taco meal 8+ dollars 2 tacos plain with meat and cheese. Got 3 plain and no Supreme paid 8 + dollars. They asked me what is there problem I got what I ordered. They would not listen and do the right thing. The food is nasty anyway. Eat real Mexican tacos better for you. Taste better.

First I drove to the drive through and they made me come inside even though clearly their machine worked. Then I ordered a Baja blast freeze and then get handed just a cup and was told they were out of them... Why wouldn't they tell me that before I paid for it? Makes no sense. I didn't want a drink I wanted a freeze. And of course they had absolutely no tops for the drink either. They were rude about it and this is why I don't go to taco bell usually.

Long wait, this place is a joke! I waited 40 min after giving my order into the drive through speaker. I was very irritated especially after noticing that on every car that was ready to approach the window was waved to stop right before approaching to receive their food. The best I could figure is the drive through must be on some kind of timer to make sure the customers receive their food as quickly as possible. So I was noticing the empty space before the window on every car for at least 5 min every car so I asked the lady working the drive through why they was stopping cars before they got to her and she just said, she have to take orders, prepare orders and cash out 🤦‍♂️, I just laughed to myself, ISN'T THAT THE JOB DISCRIPTION OF EVERY DRIVE THROUGH WORKER AT ANY OTHER RESTAURANT? I never ever seen anyone stop the drive through line because they can't keep up...that's crazy to me.

Food is cold an nasty. Had nothing I wanted. NO ice, NO bbq sauce, NO original chicken, NO chicken sandwichs.RUDE employees SLOW service. I would not waste your time going here. Not sure why this place is still open. The HEALTH department should probably visit this location. I came off the highway from driving for hours for a HOT meal an it was far from HOT or GOOD what a waste of my money. An they probably trying to fraud my bank account as I type this review as ghetto as it was.

Absolutely terrible. Hopefully corporate sees this. I ordered six tacos, sub black beans and no cheese, and a black bean crunch wrap with a few modifications. Nothing was right. It wasn't even consistently wrong. All of the tacos had cheese, some had jalapenos and meat, some had nothing but lettuce and cheese. Made me waste an Uber eats coupon and I was already eating later than normal so it wasted my time, money, and coupon. Last time I order from here.
