I frequently stop here to get donuts and coffee for my customers. First, Ron the owner gets an A +++ for customer service, he and his staff always go above and beyond. Ive been to other locations and they are the best. The donuts are like no other. I’m not a big donut eater but these will make you break your diet. Made to order, fresh, and incredible combinations. If you are looking for service and the perfect donut, this is it!
My family just stopped in to this location for a little treat after our trip down to Atlanta. The place was bright, inviting, clean, and the smell made our mouths water. We have been to other locations in N.C. and we know the donuts are delicious. From the moment we walked in the door, the staff were working hard and very friendly. There is nothing better then a hot donut made fresh to order with the toppings YOU get to pick out. The coffee was amazing too. This is a must try place at a primo location. We will DEFINITELY be back! We love Duck Donuts!
Warm greeting, courteous staff. Buying to drop off at a business. Gentleman that helped me suggested a variety box of their most popular donuts....he also advised excluding nuts due to unknown allergies. THAT WAS A PROTIP! It shows you care, thank you!!

Not the best place for coffee - at least my personal experience. Donuts are good and usually hot. You can see them making it in front of you. Lots of options to customize your donuts. I wish they had more diet friendly options (e.g. vegan, sugar free, etc.) Limited seating inside and no seating outside so most people order to go.
When they said made to order they mean that…such a cool experience to see the process and not pick off a wall of already made treats…..not to mention how amazingly good their doughnuts are 🤤🤤🤤
Donuts were great. They have a big variety and the donuts are made fresh right in front of you. Raha had amazing customer service and was very efficient.

I visited for the first time May 2022. Excellent doughnuts, individually made. Even though the person working had many orders to handle, he was friendly and took care with each doughnut. Coffee was good too. I am so glad I discovered this shop!
This was our first time going to Duck Donuts. The place was clean, staff was very kind, and the doughnuts were absolutely delicious. We love how they are made to order, so they are nice and warm and melt in your mouth. Definitely will be coming back here when we come out to Atlanta again.

I have forgotten any other donut establishment. They no longer exist. The donuts here are to die for. I’m so happy that my sister recommended this dessert spot. I’m in love 💕 I ordered the Smore‘s doughnut with bacon on top. I’m so deeply in love that it cannot be explained.
