Subway

I’m in Atlanta for the weekend attending a dance convention. My daughter had a 30 minute lunch break. I walked in and asked to place an order, I was told to wait 5 minutes as the gentleman was preparing and garnishing 5 sheets of loaves of bread to place in the oven. Meanwhile, there were 3 other people behind the counter, 1 wearing a subway shirt. When I said 5 minutes in disbelief since I had less than 30 minutes to get the food, and get it back to my daughter before her break ended. The man preparing the bread, asked me if I knew how much the bread cost and that it was more expensive than my order. How appalling! A minute passed then 2 caucasian women came in and the second gentleman with the subway shirt quickly started to put his gloves on to start assisting and my order was being taken. I owned a business and I would never treat customers the manner I was treated. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

I wish I can give zero star. This was my first time here. I didn't have a mask so the guy told me to wear it otherwise no serving. I walked back and came back with a mask and saw couple of guys with sandwich without masks. I asked him why would he have different standard and policies .. this is completely unacceptable. The guy then started calling name and also said "SHUTUP" in front of other customers. I hope this person get fired and have his heart and mind checked. He was very rude .. no customer service skills and no regrets .. never ever going back.

Do not order from this Subway! I placed a Delivery order through their website. They chose DoorDash for the delivery service. The food was NOT delivered. I spent $90 and now a lot of time trying to get a refund. All they say is, “We made the food… “ and it’s not our fault it didn’t get there. I explained that I ordered through them. My contract was with this store NOT DoorDash. They don’t care. DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE!

Awful customer service. I came in with my family, no lines, just us. It took us 20 minutes to have 3 subs made. The staff talked and joked among themselves, barely acknowledging that my family and I were even customers. I almost had to keep redirecting their attention to making my food. I left with my sub in hand, no bag. Absolutely awful.

Visited this subway today noon. The young Guy at the counter is extremely rude and serves as if doing a favor. He was not interested in making a sandwich and was extremely arrogant. When i asked him abt the bread he started to make faces.It was my first time there. Will never visit this store. Impolite staff.

There was a misunderstanding at the store and the younger small-framed associate was very rude and apathetic to the situation. I've tried calling the store multiple times and have never received an answer. Even the store owner told customer service that the issue is being resolved but hasn't contacted me in any shape or form. I had to make a dispute with my bank. Customer Service isn't only displayed when an experience goes smoothly but must also be shown when the customer is unhappy or made a mistake. I will not return to the location and has the tarnished the positive experience of Subway. You are much better off using the edgewood location that is walking distance from this one. I really didn't want to give any stars but that one star was involuntary.

I've worked at Subway, the one I worked for was in Roswell, and considering that this one is located right in the middle of downtown it is surprisingly clean. I have not seen people just hanging out in the back of the store. And the bathroom is clean. Their line looks clean and they keep their stock up. The people working are efficient and nice. They are quick with the orders and nice to talk to. This is a well run Subway store.
