Yikes! I love tropical smoothie but this location has the worst service out of any location I’ve ever been to. They did not have what I ordered and upon asking for a refund, she said that it wasn’t possible and I needed to just pick something else. Definitely in need of a change in management

I decided not to order. I notice that the food prep areas weren't that clean. I watched as the blenders were rinsed out placed to the side with residue still inside and not wash out. Hair not in hair nets. Counter tops wiped at but not cleaned. The front counter person was very welcoming.
