Domino's Pizza

I wish I could give the Domino's store #8876 across from Westend mall in Atlanta a negative star rating. EVERY TIME I go into this store I have a horrible experience. Food is never ready when the tracker said and they say that their location don't work off the tracker as its ran by a 3rd party. Additionally, the management staff if horribly trained, lack professionalism and poor customer service. The driver manager left the store while it was several customers in the store waiting for food and worked on a car!! I asked the other woman that claimed to be a manager for the GM info and was told I could call the 800 number because if she calls the GM asks going to instruct her to just call the police and get me out of the store. Myself and 3 other customers were in there complaining. This franchise location is a disgrace to the Domino's name and need to be shut down!!

December 8, 2020. No, I did not get a refund. A Domino's manager called me and left a message saying they're giving the driver proper training, but that's it. My case is closed and my concerns are dismissed. This really solidifies my resolve to never order from them anymore. Sunday night I ordered pizza at 8:55pm for dinner. I waited for over an hour and thirty minutes for my order to arrive. When I checked the Online Tracker at 11pm it showed that my order was delivered. The driver Quandarius called me at 9:56pm to tell me he was pulling up to my apartment. That was the ONLY contact I received from him! I called the store to find out what happened to my order, but no one answered the phone. I submitted my concern to Customer Service regarding the matter and they made a case. I went to bed and fell asleep. When I left my apartment Monday morning to go to work I found last night's order outside on the nearby stairs. Quandarius never called me to inform me he delivered my food. He just sat it outside on the dirty stairs where people spit and urinate on. I didn't discover it until Monday morning, meaning my order was left outside overnight! I've left specific instructions for the drivers to call me when they approach my door for this specific reason. Every Dominos driver has been complicit with my instruction. Quandarius disrespected me by doing this! I left him a 15% tip and he didn't even have the courtesy to call me when he approached my door or knock to alert me that he arrived with my food! I need a refund, including the 15% tip I left him because I'm not eating food that was sat outside overnight. Quandarius' lack of respect and disregard for customer service is why this will be my final time ordering from Dominos. Never again!

I ordered pizza the other day, in the middle of the day, took over two hours to get to me. Tired calling the store, no one ever answered. Online, it gave me a free pizza because of it, ok, great. Order again to get my free pizza days later, over an hour later it still says it’s at the store. Tried calling again, they never answered. This location is trash. Don’t even waste your time. This store needs to be shut down.

This is the WORST pizza place on earth. Each and every person in my household has experienced the same bad customer service from this place. They do not deliver your pizza on time, they make it and have it sit there for hours and wont deliver it unless you call the shop. All of our pizzas take 3+ hours to deliver and the shop isn’t even that far. How can you hire such bad staff????? Must be ran by a bunch of clowns!

this is my go to Domino's! They were one of the few pizza places (that I could find) after the recent tropical storm and they were SLAMMED. even still, they got me my pizza quickly and were very apologetic for it being late (by about 3 minutes, which is NOT a big deal at all). All of the staff seemed energetic and the woman working the front was amazing. I can't say enough good about this place and I will be back!

I’ve never spoken to a more unprofessional manager than here. An order placed never arrived after waiting for three hours. I called and the manager hung up the phone. I followed up on a refund, and the manager refused claiming she refunded an order a few months prior. This was false and I checked the card statement she stated she refunded to and it wasn’t there. I kindly asked for a tracking number and/or to offer to send a copy of the statements and she said no and hung up again. Manager just hangs up on you, food doesn’t show up, and then they refuse to refund. Stay away until they get new management here!!
