Chick-fil-a

This one of the worse around!!! I don’t eat at this location often but I definitely won’t be back… the service is slow the managers are rude and the ripping you off on your food.. I ordered a fruit cup and it’s half way full and then when I called the store the manager didn’t even get on the phone they was screaming threw the phone while another employee was reciting what she had to say.. this location I would not recommend to anyone I didn’t eat the food cause it was so bad…

I'm not trying to give this place any stars at all. I'm very shocked that the service of this brand was ridiculous at this location. I went there at about 10:16 I requested to get a number one on the lunch menu. I understand that each location is different. But I have been to several locations and it was no problem. the young lady gave me a hard time but she finally said instead of a biscuit we could put the chicken on a bun. Once I got my order the food was cold and the drink from the dispensary taste like it needed to be cleaned. Didn't get the nice friendly greeting and no one said my pleasure it was like I'm having a bad day move along.

If you want Chick-fil-A food with the McDonald’s quality of service come here. Every time I come here I leave wondering why I didn’t drive an extra 10 min to the other location. I’ve probably been to over 100 locations in my 36 yrs and this one is the second worst I’ve ever been to as far as service goes. I get its likely due to the area but if they can’t provide service that is expected and like the rest of the restaurants they just need to close their doors and not taint what this company stands for. I know many many people who work for Chick-fil-A corporate and I’m sure they’d all flip their wigs if they came here to this location.

I asked specifically for freshly dropped nuggets to be notated on on my receipt when I ordered. Of course I received cold nuggets. I was asked to wait 5 mins for fresh ones. I was more than happy to wait. After 15 mins they delivered strips instead of nuggets. I now had to go in the store to notify them of the mistake and request again fresh nuggets. The manager a gave me a new set of cold nuggets. This has wasted 30 minutes of my time at this point. I just requested a refund. The mangers did not care to remedy the situation for my inconvenience. I was going to call the store manager but I'm sure the nonchalant attitude is probably the same. I've tried this location many times really hopping it would get better.
