A Culinary Extravaganza at Lazy Betty: Where Excellence Knows No Bounds This Christmas Eve, I had the privilege of attending a ticketed dining event at Lazy Betty, an experience that defied the boundaries of my culinary journey spanning 49 years. Having frequented what I believed to be extraordinary establishments across the United States due to my job, Lazy Betty surpassed every expectation, establishing itself as a paramount force in the realm of gastronomy. Upon stepping through the front door, a wave of warmth and hospitality enveloped me, setting the stage for an unforgettable evening. The bar, positioned as the "court side" to the culinary spectacle unfolding in the pseudo open kitchen, offered a front-row seat to the magic that was about to unfold. The staff at Lazy Betty are not merely servers; they are culinary maestros, seamlessly blending food and beverage knowledge with a passion for storytelling. Each dish served was not just a feast for the senses but an education in gastronomic intricacies, accompanied by an eloquent explanation of the meticulously curated wine and drink pairings. What transpired that evening was nothing short of a culinary opera, a symphony of flavors orchestrated by masterful chefs. The precision, creativity, and artistry on display were on par with the finest performances I've witnessed, be it in the world of opera, symphony, or high-end sporting events. Lazy Betty's recent accolade, the Michelin Star, is not just an honor; it's a testament to the restaurant's unwavering commitment to culinary excellence. The award, undoubtedly well-deserved, is a harbinger of the numerous accolades destined to grace this culinary haven and its exceptional staff. Whether you seek to impress a date, kindle romance with a significant other, conduct a business rendezvous, or embark on a solitary culinary exploration, Lazy Betty is unparalleled. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment—your taste buds and spirit will thank you, and you will find yourself immersed in an experience that transcends the ordinary.

As good as advertised and well deserving of their Michelin star. The restaurant atmosphere and ambiance with it's dim lighting really helps set the mood for what you're in for. Every detail is accounted for when it comes to each course you are presented with. Flavorful and full of quality. You really get the most out of each bite even if the portions aren't the biggest, by the end of the night you'll definitely be leaving satisfied. Definitely make a reservation ahead of time for a good slot, but it's well worth the hefty price tag at the end of the night.

One of the best bougie multi-course meals I've ever had. Everything was great, but highlights were the amuse bouche, tortellini, wagyu, and truffle risotto. The staff is incredibly friendly and engaged.

Had a great date night at Lazy Betty! The seven courses were all meticulously prepared. My favorite was the truffle gnocchi with roe and the lamb loin. The service is well paced and the perfect amount. The range of flavors and combinations was very good. Highly recommend the experience and would be a great place to celebrate special occasions!

First thing you notice when you enter is the unassuming building the restaurant is in. Don't let that fool you, however. The food and service are on par with some of the best restaurants I've dined in. We tried the four course menu with wine pairing. Gracie, our server and somme was super friendly and gave us amazing recommendations. The menu itself is thoughtfully crafted. The ambience is amazing. It's a perfect location to celebrate occasions or just an elaborate date night.

Just wow! Kiss the chef. This food was by far some of the best food I’ve had in awhile. I loved the whole experience. I loved the fact that it’s not directly in the city. Wasn’t too busy or noisy. I can’t wait to return. A hidden gem!!!!!!

If I could give more stars, I would have. To say the food, ambiance and service was amazing would be an understatement. For my first coursed style meal this will be a hard menu and staff to beat. Hats off to you all.

Hands down the best dining experience in Atlanta. Put this place in Chicago or New York & you have a Michelin rated restaurant. Each course is absolutely beautiful, flavorful, & memorable. I love the energy & casual style associated with this style of fine dining. If you are fortunate to have Gracie, their in-house somm, handling your table, you will be in for a wonderful treat. She has done a fantastic job curating delightful libations that pair perfectly with each course. I celebrated my 40th b'day with one of my closest friends & it was totally worth it. Looking forward to seeing what these guys do in their new space! Great job to all the FOH & BOH teams! I wish I could have thanked you all personally.

Had a very enjoyable 8 course tasting with wine pairings that were excellent with each course. It was great to sit in the chef's seating and watch the preparation and plating of the presentations, as the dishes were each tastefully designed and artfully presented. Surprisingly, as a die-hard meat lover, my favorite was the asparagus dish. The added truffle risotto course was also exceptional. I enjoyed the urban chic atmosphere and highly recommend Lazy Betty with plans to return in the near future.
