Terrible experience. 30 minute wait for food. System was down, but team members had no idea what to do in this situation. They all stood around looking at the person fixing the computer instead of helping the people waiting on the food. I asked if I could just show my receipt so they could get my food and they said, “no, your not the only person who has an order.” I then watched two people come into the restaurant, order, and get their food while I still haven’t had mine. Had to say something to team members 3 times before I got my food. Might be the worst CFA I have been too. They also don’t know how to fill the French Fries.

I'm a big fan of Chick-fil-A. Prior to this franchise existing, I would never have guessed you could deliver such great service in a fast food chain. The chicken sandwich is just as good or better than you'd get at a lot of fancy restaurants. My only issue is that the food here can be high in sodium. I also like how the company will only give their franchisees one store so that they can spread the opportunities around. I do not agree with some of the company's values as it relates to social issues.

This location totally geared to drive thru. I placed order to dine inside. One of 5 people who I saw enter restaurant and only 1 of the 5 got their food/ shake order within 5 minutes of ordering . Also , only time I can remember saying thank you to employee behind register and them just nod ( w/o the usual response- my pleasure) so caught off guard that I went back to refill my tea and said thank you again with no response back. Men's bathroom also dirty with wrappers and tissues on floor along with puddle underneath sink. Food was good, experience just far below the standard you expect.

Just used my rewards I had for a free breakfast! They let me use both so literally a free breakfast! So easy! I like that they are so friendly and professional there and the food of course is so delicious 🤤! The store itself is so close to home and well the only thing I would change is make it bigger!

Stopped by this location today. Ordered an 8 piece nugget meal w/fries and the new cloudberry lemonade. Swift process plus I ordered through the app. Got my food and as I was being handed my drink I noticed it’s a small, I mention to the lady at the window I ordered a medium. She says it only comes in small(news to me) So I ask can I just get a regular medium lemonade! This chick looks me in my face and says she doesn’t have time to remake my lemonade and it’s not what I was charged for lol I wasn’t charged for a small drink either but that’s what was handed to me! Food was old no where near fresh! Chick-fil-A has gone down from the service to the food! Never thought I’d see the day but it’s here!

Third time in a row I went here and ordered two chicken sandwiches. The chicken has indeed shrunk from my experience. Half the size of what it used to be. Basically I got buns with a Krystal Chick sandwiches between them. I use to feel this shrinkflation thing Chick Fil A was accused of doing was just location by location quality control failures, but I’d believe it’s intentional now. Unfortunately cutting costs in this manner is a poor business model. It will result in a loss of loyal customer base, a negative connotation of the brand, and a surge of competitor growth. Very unwise decision yet a decision that is always made in the food industry prior to a brands’ demise. I’m hearing rumors of mass stock selloffs too. Wonder if that’s true... but I wouldn’t want to find out the hard way.

The operator is very nice. I’m always getting rewards from them. Until recently, I got a reward from them and it didn’t work at the restaurant. Even though I got it from that restaurant. Always get my order right. The restaurant works very well on the app and with it.
