Papa John's Pizza

My boyfriend and I ordered a large, regular crust meats pizza tonight and it is outstanding. My boyfriend said that they had a lot of employees working tonight, which made the service faster. He also said that their customer service was really good. We can taste the ingredients they used in the pizza. Outstanding experience overall. Thank you so much Papa John's on State St for a great experience

I ordered three pizzas from this location for my kid who was hosting a party. We ordered the large original sausage, bacon, and pepperoni pizza; we ordered the large original Hawaiian BBQ chicken; we ordered the super Hawaiian pineapple bacon three cheese blend with Canadian bacon pizza. When we went to pick up the three pizzas, found that the location was fairly easy to find and identifiable. The location was clean. Inside and outside of the facility. When walking through the doors of the restaurant, someone came over to help immediately and then quickly found out pizza order. After removing them from the rack, we received them and was ready to go.

The last three orders from this location were a failure. Order One: ordered the 2 cups of dipping sauce that were not included when delivered. Paid for something and they did not deliver it. Order Two: ordered two different types of dipping sauce but instead got two marina sauce. Didn't deliver what I ordered yet again. Order Three: last night ordered the special get 2 items for $6 each. Placed order at 5:05 and was told it would be delivered between 41-51 minutes. After 28 minutes it said it was ready to be delivered. It moved in the tracker to delivery status but the update showed that it never left the PapaJohn's location. After an hour and 5 minutes I called and was told the delivery person had left the build despite the tracker reporting otherwise. After 90 minutes I called manager and requested that they cancel order and refund money because even if it was delivered then they would be delivering something that was cooked well over an hour ago. I have given up on any chance of getting delivery orders correct from this location. I have changed to pickup from location on Piedmont Ave.

I ordered a pizza at 8.30 It finally showed up at 11:00 pm it was cold not surprising. Was constantly put on hold. It seems like the employees don't care one bit about their jobs. They pretend to all be managers to cover each other's back when an error is made. I only hope I get my money back. I will never do business with this location ever again. They are unprofessional
