I am beyond disappointed.
Visiting my mother and she was hungry. I downloaded the Uber app for her. She wanted her favorite, which is Burger King. So we ordered.

This whopper had 1 peace of lettuce 2 inches long and 1inch wide, it had no tomatoes which I ordered tomat
Thought I would bring some positivity to this BK location. I visited yesterday and the young lady who took my order did great (roughly around 6pm). I waited maybe 10 minutes at most and got my food- everything was right and delicious (props to the cook(s) on duty).

Worst burgerking I've ever been to. Seems like workers don't work and takes forever to get the order.
I ordered a brewed coffee. 12 minutes later a general manager comes out and say they don't have coffee. They've been reducing the drive thru lines but it took him 12 minutes to come out and tell me
They started closing the drive thru before 10pm. The employee started putting cones in front of the drive thru line when it says it closes at 11pm. There were at least 5+ more cars shortly after we arrived. Very disappointed.
They had an equipment malfunction prior to our arrival... Smoke like haze in kitchen area...not from a fire. Repairmen arrived while we were there. Longer wait than normal.. equipment not working is probably to blame. Crew just kept working without complaining.

Repeated the orders numerous times for my wife and I. Paid over twenty-five dollars for 2 kids meal. The orders was as follows, Double bacon cheese burger "Special", which consisted of no bacon at all. My wife ordered a double cheeseburger which consisted of not a single slice of cheese! (?

staff was very friendly, I mentioned during my drive thru order that my meal was messed up last time and he cook saw to it I got what I ordered.
