Burger King

I am beyond disappointed. Visiting my mother and she was hungry. I downloaded the Uber app for her. She wanted her favorite, which is Burger King. So we ordered. I wish I could share the pics. This whopper had 1 peace of lettuce 2 inches long and 1inch wide, it had no tomatoes which I ordered tomatoes. It was so poorly made. The person who made that needs to be asked would they be happy with that. The fries we ordered a largelarge for 3.39, the fries were half full.I am not understanding me paying for something with instructions and not receiving it. I will be emailing Corp with pics. There is no excuse for poor service. Mom is 80 and highly 😞. I would never order from there again, Period. Please refund me my money.

Thought I would bring some positivity to this BK location. I visited yesterday and the young lady who took my order did great (roughly around 6pm). I waited maybe 10 minutes at most and got my food- everything was right and delicious (props to the cook(s) on duty). My only complaint is that this location greatly needs improvements to the building and I can only imagine it being hard to keep people working there- which in turn makes it a slower process. But honestly- I respect anyone willing to work there because it’s definitely not glamorous.

Worst burgerking I've ever been to. Seems like workers don't work and takes forever to get the order. I ordered a brewed coffee. 12 minutes later a general manager comes out and say they don't have coffee. They've been reducing the drive thru lines but it took him 12 minutes to come out and tell me that it will take 5-10 minutes to make it. Why didn't he make it the first place? He also added that he has to throw out the rest because no one orders coffee (real reason). I said what can you give? And he said I can give ice vanilla latte. And that's what I got. Well, not just worst burgerking, but the worst fast-food restaurant I've encountered.

Awful!!! Repeated the orders numerous times for my wife and I. Paid over twenty-five dollars for 2 kids meal. The orders was as follows, Double bacon cheese burger "Special", which consisted of no bacon at all. My wife ordered a double cheeseburger which consisted of not a single slice of cheese! (??????)two orders of onion rings and got 1 single order and a small fry. (?) I am trying to understand if the order taker was in training, ready to go home, under staffed, using "labor" control etc.... Well in conclusion, we was the only customers in the drive thru and no one else. I just can't believe we paid $25 + dollars for two kids meals! Actually I've seen better kids meals that presentations was actually better than orders that my wife and I have received from this public fast food business. We both truly (regret) our visit! So, just to be clear, every, each statement mentioned is true! The Parkers.

staff was very friendly, I mentioned during my drive thru order that my meal was messed up last time and he cook saw to it I got what I ordered. His name was Darrel I believe and he made me feel like I was at a 5 start restaurant. I will continue going to this location for lunch and to buy for my employees.
