This location BK at 1122 Northside Drive is the perfect place to drive through for your breakfast on the way to work. I was forced to go here and I am so glad that it happened The whole story. I originally droved up to the drive through at 199 North side Drive. I pulled up to the speaker at 5:49 and noticed a person standing possibly waiting for the store to open at 6, I waited for a minute with no one acknowledge my presence, I yelled out "Hello" several times with no response for 4 more minutes. Cars pulled in behind me and waited for me to finish. Assuming t what may have been the hat there was a sound issue, I drove around to the window. A person at the window called out to someone that they had a customer. A young lady came through a door from the lobby area with head phones in hand. I stated" I waited 5 minutes but no one responded, there are more cars back there also" She stated our sound box is down. I started placing my order only to be told, You will need to drive around, I cant take an order from here so you will need to drive around. What was that, where was the lie, Was the sound box down, you have repeated an order in the past which is a form of confirming what was ordered, so what was the point in saying the sound is down but drive back around. I drove away and went to the location at 1122 Northside and was greeted like the sunshine by the young lady who I apologize if I am wrong but I think her name is Calee or Caleen . This was Thursday morning around 6:07 am This person should be given a position to train other order takers. She makes your morning with her cheerful welcoming and willing to please attitude. She deserves to represent your company in a commercial. You have a Gem.
Thought I would bring some positivity to this BK location. I visited yesterday and the young lady who took my order did great (roughly around 6pm). I waited maybe 10 minutes at most and got my food- everything was right and delicious (props to the cook(s) on duty).
My only complaint is that this location greatly needs improvements to the building and I can only imagine it being hard to keep people working there- which in turn makes it a slower process. But honestly- I respect anyone willing to work there because it’s definitely not glamorous.
They had an equipment malfunction prior to our arrival... Smoke like haze in kitchen area...not from a fire. Repairmen arrived while we were there. Longer wait than normal.. equipment not working is probably to blame. Crew just kept working without complaining.

staff was very friendly, I mentioned during my drive thru order that my meal was messed up last time and he cook saw to it I got what I ordered. His name was Darrel I believe and he made me feel like I was at a 5 start restaurant. I will continue going to this location for lunch and to buy for my employees.
