Really Nice place. Need just a little more customer service training and a lot less aggressiveness and non-chalant attitude. Eye contact with customers is very important to ensure accuracy of the orders. If not eye contact. Please repeat the food order to the customer to avoid confusion. Lastly please check to make sure there's NOTHING missing from the order as to not inconvenience your customer after leaving your establishment.

I've lived in East Atlanta Village (EAV) for right at 30yrs, and I've experienced the up's/down's and
good/bad of this restaurant... I must say, whatever is going on and happening right now - it's the BEST IT'S EVER BEEN !!!!! I do not know if the ladies that were working the other night are/were owners or managers, BUT they certainly hustled/worked and had a great attitude as if this was THEIR business... And finally -- the drive-thru -- MOVED !!! (proportionately for Fried Chicken orders - instead of waiting until they caught the chicken)... and I WAS and AM IMPRESSED !!!

I visit occasionally and always so relieved to find that whichever employees takes my order is always delivering great customer service.
In my experience, ever since Covid, most employees in customer service establishments seem annoyed that I’d choose to dine with them, and they usually don’t care about expressing that.

food was good. service was cool. had a bit of a wait with 2 cars in the drive thru and no lighting in drive thru.
The food was good, but it took a while to get finished. It was definitely made fresh however, so kudos to that. I had to wait after pulling through the drive-through because it was made fresh to order.
I can't say enough about the customer service received from the assistant manager Angela Williams. She was a breath of fresh air and so sweet. The food was hot and delicious too
