I have to give credit when credit is due. They have been showing out on my orders lately and I appreciate that! The pizza is made to my liking….every time! Thank you!
Thank you for making me happy, although my order was picky with light cheese, the guy didn’t mind making adjustments and the lady who was in front wanted to make sure I had a hot pizza.
This was a pretty good and clean location. My medium sausage pizza was good and fresh; also my it was made in a timely manner.
There was the most wonderful person working today around 2pm 2/23/22. They made our order delicious, knew who we were when we picked up our order, and had the most beautiful smile and warm personality. I really wish I caught their name but we’ll definitely be back to give them the credit they’re due! <3333
So, we messed up. We were visiting Atlanta for the night and ordered pizza using the app. Unfortunately, the app directed us to a store that was NOT closest to our hotel. Additionally, we accidentally said to deliver the pizzas to the wrong hotel. The driver called us and we explained the situation and offered to meet her or go get the pizza from the other hotel, but she said no, she would bring it to us, even though it was ANOTHER 10 minutes away and out of her delivery area. Besides this, she also brought us plates and napkins knowing that we were visiting a hotel. Our driver, SHANIKA was awesome. Thanks for turning what could have been a bad situation into a good one.
This is our neighborhood store and we order nearly every Friday. Last Friday I ordered a Shaqaroni with no pepperoni, which I knew was a risk. The pizza, of course, came with peperoni and we do not eat pork. When I called the store KD was so incredibly helpful and nice. He made sure that my family got our corrected order sent out to our home and my children did not have to wait much longer for their Friday night pizza! So this is a shout out to KD! Thank you so much for your excellence in customer service.
I ordered online today & my delivery arrived in waaay less than the time quoted so I was really impressed by that. My driver was extremely courteous & found my apartment with no problem. Wish I caught his name because I'd request him every time.
