We stopped in today for a snack and the employee that took care of us had a super personality. He asked us to sit down and delivered our food to us, checked back on our table (and other diners)several times, asking if he could get us anything else and took our tray to dispose for us. We were amazed as he went above and beyond, the typical fast food experience. I’m kicking myself since I’ve forgotten this gentleman’s name but, wanted to make sure he did get some recognition as he said that they were short handed. Between the two of us, we’ve had over 40 years of serving experience ourselves and it was a pleasant surprise.

My experience at McDonald's was mixed. While the food quality was okay, the service left much to be desired. Unfortunately, I encountered a situation where part of my order was forgotten, necessitating a visit inside to rectify the mistake. This inconvenience dampened the overall experience, highlighting a significant issue with their service efficiency and attention to orders.

I went to this Mcdonalds at 2am and this place was packed. But the manager was very nice and when they messed my order up the manage came up to me and apologized to me and said thanks for choosing mcdonalds like some 5 star restaurant.

Came up to the drive thru secs before they stopped serving breakfast. Lady taking my order also mentioned this but was awesome and still took my breakfast order for my whole family given that I can give it to her in 30 seconds.. 😀

Staff overlooked me because I was white, I stood there 15 minutes before the young manager came in and seen me and jumped to me. He was very nice, on point and over seen I got proper and fair service.

Really can’t believe how fast the service was. By the time I got to the second window my food and drink was already ready. Food very hot, still hot even after I got all the way home. Will be back in the future.

I love cheese burgers. The only problem, they only put one pickle on the burger. Without more pickles the burgers are dry. I believe thy are trying to save money by not putting the correct amount of pickles on the burgers.

The drive-thru line was tok pong so I decided to visit the lobby. This was a pleasant experience. The lobby was clean, the kiosk worked fine, and the food was hot when received.
