Dined in with my son today and didn't have the best experience. But I am giving this location 5 stars because the manager Luther came over and was very genuine. He compensated us for the issue and I truly believed that he cared and will fix it. Our server was very sweet too, but I didn't catch her name. Great recovery and because of this we will return.
Tamara is a real gem. I hope this location knows that! She was my hostess, server and she even checked ppl out and offered such gracious help to her co-worker who was struggling with her register. She made me fresh coffee, too! Her demeanor was so professional. Let me also say that my salad was so fresh so thank you to the kitchen as well!
I have had Steak 'n Shake in the past, and wasn't terribly impressed, but I thought I'd give it another try. All things considered, it was pretty solid!
I wouldn't say their drive thru was quite "fast food" speed, but it was worth the wait. Even though they weren't my favorite, I was given a generous amount of fries, which was nice. The best part was definitely the double steak burger though. The smash burger crunchy edges were excellent. I'd probably add more toppings next time, though. I usually like lettuce and tomato in addition to pickles and onions.

I had no expectations cause the reviews seemed bad but this place is great! The inside has a classic 1950 burger joint frel woth a claw machine and the food was pretty tasty. I probably won't get the same thing next time because the garlic bread steak burger was a bit oily, but what can I say, it's in the description. Also, service was fast and the food price was very fair. Will definitely go back.
Decent burger and okay fries. I would say this was one of the better tasting fast food burgers I’ve eaten. The sauce was good, but it could have used more. Good pickles and cheese too. Unfortunately, not only were they out of tomato and onion, but they didn’t even have shakes either… in a place called Steak ‘n Shake. For that, it loses a star.

Garlic burger was nice tasting. Exactly as I ordered. All items I requested on kiosk was perfect. Don't like the small cut of the fries. To small. Seems they perfect size for small children. I'm a grown man and need the big boy size. 🥔
I will return and enjoy an eggnog shake next visit. 😉
It's a very plan place to go. I haven't been to one of these in years in years and won't be back. It's all automated. Not a real person to take your order. They don't bring your order out to you. You have yo have a QR code to get a drink. All the tables were dirty.
Fast service. Fresh food. I Was taking my food Togo but saw this picnic table. Not sure if all locations have outside eating but this was clutch. Had a no1 combo, always a winner.
Best burger I've EVER had and I'm a Foodie!! I've had burgers at top rest and steak houses and whoever made my burger did superb! I almost went in and had another and I would never.
I'm not going to ding this location with a bad review about the service, because it was acceptable considering the difficulty businesses are having with staffing.
I would give this location a five star rating if I never tried the Butter Burger.

My most recent visit was ok ...because I avoided being disappointed by NOT ordering a Butter Burger.
The manager on duty and all of the staff tonight are a customers dream come true bro. No cap. Truly loved my experience tonight. On God, we will be back because this place is so fire. Bet fam they had the MOST rizz bruh.
Everything was great. I hate that they changed the menu and took away table service and also the burgers were more steak house style burgers. Now it's just good smash burgers. I miss the shakes with real fruit, not syrup. Good but just not the same.
