Amazing experience! First time at the location and it was great! We will definitely be returning. All our food was delicious. We sat at the bar and Brian was amazing! He was very friendly, entertaining, and great at his job. He added a lot to our experience! Food, drinks, and service was perfect! We walked out of there laughing and happy!
Wait staff super friendly. Food came out quick. Steak was cooked nicely. Pricing is reasonable. Always love coming here.
My husband and I sat at the bar and Brian took amazing care of us! He was very attentive, funny and had a great personality! I told him this is our first time here and we want to come back because of him. First Xmas since we moved here a few years ago that we can't go home for Xmas, Brian made us have a memorable holiday dinner out! Thank you very much Brian, we will be seeing you soon!
I’m so upset 😭 I haven’t had this restaurant years. I ordered from them on a regular and they discontinued the menu for my area. I was driving by on my way from work and decided I wanted my alice springs chicken. I went in viewed the menu and couldn’t find the Alice Springs Chicken on the menu alone. It was offered with a steak and chicken identical to Alice Springs?
I was very happy I went to the bar and ordered. When I got home I had a bear naked chicken and a rubber tasting steak. Dissatisfied I called the store and explained what happened I ordered the Alice Spring Chicken and Steak. She instantly asked if I said Alice Springs I told her the menu showed Alice Springs and didn’t state anything different? She stated it’s a lot on the menu maybe I ordered something else? Confused and angry I did tell her never mind she stated they would give me $10 off my bill? I’m so disappointed ☹️
Our server Kaliegh at the LaVista location was so exceptional. She was genuinely kind, friendly, courteous and compassionate. My only child died 3 1/2 years ago and I came to celebrate his 36th birthday. We told her and she helped my friend and I celebrate by serving us with a grace and demeanor that deserves recognition! I had not been to Outback in a while. I got a gift card and said why not. I got the 15 oz. Sirloin and shrimp. Only gave me 4 shrimp and steak was ok. A little tough. I got it med and it was more med well. Baked potatoe was good. And the fried mushrooms where really good. Draft beer was not working. The service was good. I would go back and try something else.
I left a review on door dash but i needed to make another one today ! The food was so good and fresh when it came to my house. The steak was still medium and juicy and the rice was on point ! i order again tonight and i know it’s going to be just as good as yesterday. Thanks to Mr chris who always helped and answered the phone twice in a row when i needed to call and modify my order when door dash wouldnt let me. Very nice and helpful!
The waitress recommened the Wedge Salad and it was all the goodness she said it would be. The presentation of the salad was as pictured on the menu. I wanted to sing "happy birthday" to me and it wasn't my birthday. However, it was for a celebratory event. I graduated from GSU@74.
I'm not a fan of Outback at all. I go because my family enjoys it. This visit was more disappointing than usual. Our server or the kitchen got several of our orders wrong, and unfortunately, it seems that every other time we go, they are out of pasta. I realize it's a challenging time for the restaurant industry, so I'm not complaining, I'm just saying.
Our waiter named Tomas provided us excellent service and attentiveness. We were celebrating 33 years of marital bliss! We live and work in the area. We will definitely be returning! The weekday dining options have dared us to try them out! Again, we will definitely be back!
