Godiva Chocolatier

I came in on Valentines’ Day for some chocolate covered strawberries for my girlfriend and the line was very long but it’s that kind of day after all. The staff was super friendly and even gave out chocolate candies for the long wait. I didn’t order a head ahead of time which made the wait a bit longer for me more than most people there. The line took 30-40 minutes to get my order but again it’s that kind of day. The prices are a bit up there for about $9 per chocolate strawberry so be ready if you are planning on heading over there. I wish the prices were a bit more clearly defined by the staff and more of them asked about what everyone was in line for.

I've been a fan of Godiva since it was considered candy "for grownups ", which generally meant kids didn't touch it. Maybe because at the time my parents saw it as an investment because it was priced higher than your average store bought candy bar. But as an adult I find the prices nominal. The quality has never fallen off and the customer service personel seems to still make the customer a priority. Holidays or just craving chocolate. Godiva will always be a go to.

I recently came in to buy some Easter chocolate goodies and one of the employees, James, offered to help me build a basket! He was so patient and nice working with me. I was smiling and laughing the whole time. Would definitely recommend stopping in if you like chocolate goodies, ice cream, and great customer service!! I'm already planning my next trip!

A great place at a great location. Staff is always welcoming. Plus nothing quite beats those chocolate shakes on a hot summer day. My only issue is that their rewards program doesn’t really amount to much. At most you’ll get a chocolate piece each month and an extra one on your birthday. Maybe a punch card that gets you a free drink after 10 purchases or something like that would be more purposeful.
