The food came out fairly quickly but the fries were dumped into the bag. One burger was not wrapped good. At least we got everything we ordered.

Literally the best McDonald’s in Atlanta! The staff is always so nice, service is always very quick and the food is always fresh and hot. Thank you so much for being an amazing McDonald’s!! This location is the only one I go to now 🤍

We usually do drive-thru, but...
I had a coupon, so I had to go inside. My order was taken and completed, but I didn't get my cup to have a Coke while I waited. Later, I found out that MCDONALD'S is removing the lobby drink machines. Fine, not the store's fault, but it flawed my experience.
Overall, this store is GREAT 👍 Most consistent, great service, as one would expect in Buckhead.

My partner and I came through the drive thru on May 18th 2023. The food was good and the service was quick and excellent. One of the employees, Warren, was one of the most kind and engaging McDonald's staff members I have met and is a true asset to the location!

Fast and reliable. Consistent quality. They even got the sauce packs and customized orders right. That’s what a McDonald should be like. Excellent staff. 👍

They are very efficient at this location. Impressively so. A little more friendliness at the counter would be nice but that's a dying skill; they're not rude at all. They're very quick both inside and in the drive-through. Well worth the visit.
Update: The quality of the counter people is declining. I think they're relying too much on kiosk and app orders and sacrificing the quality of counter orders. People skills are poorer. Only one register is open and not always manned even at that. Orders are recorded wrongly too often. Good business is still all about the people, even in an online world, and McDonald's is starting to forget that.

I don't understand why every McDonald's isn't professionally trained like this one. They understand how to keep a drive thru moving , their staff are not rude and on their phones or gathered around one another playing. Managers and owners of THIS McDonald's should be proud.
