Totally love the Chopt! I purchase the Chicken Tinga salad and dressing and got home and realized something with the dressing had changed; I thought I had gotten the wrong dressing. I’m not exactly sure what happened but I spoke with Ms. Wannita and she helped me to make a different dressing choice and the new dressing choice made the Chicken Tinga awesome!!! Great salads that are healthy and really great customer service!

I love this location!!! Every time I walk in there all the staff is so nice.. i love when Milan makes my salads.. she doesn’t rush me, and always give me a details on new dressings! The manager markeice is always so hands on with everything! The night I went in there I seen him doing delivery order, cashier and making food! It is always super clean when I go to the dining area, which makes me feel good… I don’t know about the other locations, but this location is top tier and I don’t plan on going to any other location..

I came here with my husband for dinner. I got a grains bowl and my husband got the caesar salad. I made a falafel bowl with multiple toppings and then two dressings. Mine was very tasty! The portion was large as well so I have enough to eat again. My husband go the mexican caesar dressing on his salad and it had a. ice little kick to it. The staff there were friendly and nice and had a smile on their face. This location had plenty of indoor and outdoor seating with a mix of booths and tables. Really enjoyed it and will be back again!

This was my First time trying Chopt Creative salad and I was pleased to have had A Great experience here. Good customer service with friendly smiling faces, my salad was made fairly quick and the young man making my order was very helpful when I asked a couple of questions. The salad I ordered actually was big enough to share And I definitely wasn't able to eat it all by myself which I wasn't upset about It made for a quick snack later. Overall I would have to admit it was a little pricey for my end result, but after chopped up and served...it did make for a very a tasty combination.

Love the Classic Cobb salad! I usually grab a Chopt salad once a week, and it is a treat. I am a little confused on why there is a dressing classification of light, regular or heavy because there doesn't seem to be any consistency in the amount. The other day I told them regular just the way it comes and the Chopt rep seemed confused. Can y'all help your staff with some kind of measurement so when you get the amount of dressing you want you know what to ask for and it will be consistent each visit. My salad was dry last week and it's drenched this week despite giving the same direction each time. Also, don't waste your bread. I always say no bread and I find myself throwing bread away while still in the shop because I was not heard. Love this business, but since last year it is slipping! Don't lose your groove, Chopt. We need you!

Absolutely love this place! I always pick the best time to go because there’s hardly ever anyone in line when I do pop up. Tried them for the first time a week ago. Think I’ve been back about 4 times since. I’ve only ever ordered the Kale Caesar Salad w/ Chicken Tinga. I also get some extra add-ins with a mixture of the regular Caesar dressing and the spicy one. When I tell you delicious! Delicious! Oh and I’m a “dressing overloader” so I love my salads drenched in dressing and they do that here. Lol, you may have to tell them easy on the dressing if you don’t prefer it. In regards to the portions: my bowl is never full…like to the top. My Chopt salads are always gone in one sitting so yea, I guess you don’t get a lot of food…but the salad ingredients are always delicious and tastes fresh. I could take a star for the lack of fullness of the bowl but honestly I now like being able to eat a full salad and not feeling to heavy afterwards. Maybe that’s just me though! Note: The inside is super clean but I don’t remember seeing any sanitizer units inside…not to say that they don’t have any…I just don’t remember seeing any. With as many patrons visiting, I would think they would have one or two…at least near the door or register. But outside of that, love Chopt! Glad I found them.
