Mcdonald's

the first time i ever went here they forgot about me even after i was waving and knocking on the window. i had already waited at least 10 minutes and the employees looked at me and still continued not to give me my food. i eventually just drove away after paying. the second and last time i went here i was waiting in the drive thru line for a very absurd amount of time and when i proceeded to get to the board the lady said “one moment” and then shut off the board and said they were closed. it was 7:45 pm.

Wouldn't recommend a turtle here. To be specific. The heavy set woman with red braids was very rude and did not help. After waiting in line for 15 mins INSIDE , she yells “im not taking orders inside theres no one to take orders here”. Ive worked at fast good places for 7 years and never heard of something so foolish. Customer Service is trash and lets not forget to mention the whole reason of me coming inside was to add on 1 Large fry because i was told it could not be added on at the window. You guys are worried about how fast you guys are in the drive through not knowingly your not even satisfying the customer?!? Make it make sense. Of course the manager wont read this and neither will the district manager. But please don’t come here and waste your time.
