Taco Bell

I stopped in here on a Saturday evening after a long day, just wanting to get a couple of tacos. Instead, I ordered a chicken power bowl and made some modifications. It was well prepared, tasted awesome, and was actually one of my favorite meals in a while. I know, but it surprised me too. The staff was very helpful as well but mainly everything worked.

On this date 9/2/2023 I had the opportunity to meet the manager Ms. Aisha and I have to say her response to my request was excellent and she went out of her way to make things right. What outstanding customer service, never seen or had service like, Aisha. Store address 429 Poince de Leon. Please give her employer of the year. Thank u so much Aisha and I will be returning soon. It took like 20 minutes to get my food when I tried paying cash, but I didn't really care I understand the workers are in Atlanta and you're working customer service and stuff so like I'm sorry you have to deal with the people you deal with, and whenever I say that it's because a lady got mad she wasn't getting her food and not servicing them so they kinda went off on an employee mean like if they didn't say anything I wouldn't have gotten my food anytime soon but like you didn't have to be so rude about it.

Totally enjoy food was delivery straight to my house and was amazing Like totally awesome and they had the sauce like ozzing down my hand it just was wow totally awesome love it love you guys. Absolutely amazing thanks to the guy who delivered my food on a bike. I thought it was a girl but whatever doesn't matter food was amazing you guys and gals and fem bots try it now GO! #musthave #mustgo #musteathere

Surprisingly great! I love Taco Bell but find the effort to get well prepared, decent meals or service lackluster at most of the locations I've picked up from. This location is an exception! The food was well prepared, well put together and wrapped perfectly on top of that delicious and exactly what I wanted including a few upgrades I requested on the digital menu. I went inside to order but got my order to go. Was very pleased with the order and I'll definitely visit this location again! Great job to the staff here, please keep up the high level you showed today, it is appreciated believe me. 5 stars.
