You can't go wrong with the Acai smoothie, or for post workouts go for the 800 lb gorilla. Peanut butter smoothies are too damn good. The Muscle Max is also a good lighter post workout smoothie, if you have them add another scoop of protein.

I visited Robeks for the first time last week and now I'm a fan! They a lot of options for all of your health conscious needs. I had the Refreshingly Green Spa Smoothie. It was delicious!

I NEED my wheatgrass at least three times weekly and this place has the freshest product, quickest service and most reasonable price! I just found out about loyalty card program, I've been asleep! Lol!
