Just a quick thanks to those involved in delivering our breakfast to the W Hotel Friday morning for our daughter's pajama party. As out-of-towners it was both nice and convenient to have our favorite fast food delivered to us. Food was ordered early and delivered promptly. And thank you to the management who handled my phone calls, and handling our payment - your attention to detail, and your graciousness to the harried mom were both much appreciated.

They did an amazing. Went during Dragon Con. They must of served 1000 people for lunch. It flowed great and the food was the quality you expect from a Chick-fil-A.

The food as usual was standard. Then it doesn't just go down hill from there, IT GOES OVER THE CLIFF!! Wait!!! This slow food place is in the Atlanta Airport so it takes a nose dive into customer service h@&&^#@**
In North Carolina every Chick fil a is dedicated to accurate, friendly and quick service. However in the Chick fil a home state of Georgia, customer service takes a back seat to speed. You can see the back of the house staff are busting their butts trying to get the orders out as fast as possible. However Quick service fails badly on the front line! That group spends more time being socialize rs. They were in no hurry to take the orders and move to the next customer. They spent more than 10 actual minutes on each customer. As if that wasn't bad enough, they needed to step away from the register between each customers.
Lastly, for those who try to rack points like me, don't come here. They don't use or accept the Chick fil a APP. You would think this restaurant would spend more time on speed since they are in an airport where people are trying to get a bite between flights right? Maybe I'm just tripping with crazy thoughts like that.

It’s busy, so the ingredients are fresh.
The employees are friendly.
It’s right next to Gus’s famous chicken.
I would recommend both!
