Wendy's

Love this Wendy’s. You can tell the difference from when you’re here or at another location. The service is top notch. I usually visit at night and the line may be long but you will get serviced quick and by some of Wendy’s best employees ever. My order is always what I expect. I was intending to leave a review a while ago and it slipped my mind until tonight I went again after poor service while leaving Old National. This is the only Wendy’s I’d eat at. Fast, professional, quality, fresh food! Thanks for being the difference in fast food.

This location on Greenbriar Pkwy is GHETTO! Not only are the children who don't want to work the job they were employed to work are super unprofessional, but so is management. Customer service is one of the keys in having a good business and nobody at this location could provide decent customer service.. I experienced all of this in drive thru which is to show that's horrible.

The cashier was friendly, the food was good except for the cold fries that Wendy’s seem to pride itself for. There is a wide variety of drink selection. Only issue was the cleanliness of the restaurant. All the empty tables (inside and outside) were dirty and the floor was littered with trash. Surprisingly the bathroom was really clean. Overall I’ll give it 7 out of 10 points

My 10 year old wanted me to write a glowing review for this Wendy's (we went to a different Wendy's a few days prior). She said she would give them a 10 out if 10 if she could. She has a gluten free, grain free diet due to allergies, so we asked for a bunless burger. To her surprise this time she received it in a nice container on a bed of lettuce with the condiment packets and a knife and a fork. She was thrilled. Obviously they have been trained for this scenario. Not only that, the burger was so good!! There was plenty of bacon and cheese, she didn't even miss the bun. Great job!

They should cancel the Biggie Bag. The hamburger was dry with one small squirt of ketchup in the middle. I think they should be held accountable for the false advertising that they have. To be line for 30 min. I would have at least thought I had hot fries. Nope. I didn't. Wendy's is only good for feeding kids after sports game or giving kids a quick meal when you're too tired after work.. Will only frequent for kids..as they serve kid sized burgers in a Biggie Bag. But..for 5 dollars you get what you pay for.

Food is always fresh and hot. I only come for breakfast though lol that number 1, with the croissant, maple bacon chicken egg sandwich is to die for. Mainly because its fresh. Ever eat a piece of burnt dry chicken where no meat is left in it??? Not at this location! Oh and its Card only so...prepare for that.
