I wish I would’ve gotten name of the lady that helped me today. She was so energetic, attentive and just overall helpful. She singlehandedly made my fast food experience a great one. I had to leave a review. Kudos to her and the team at this location!

Jessica the cashier in the lobby of Zaxby’s is always the reason for our lunch time smiles. This Young Woman needs to be a manager ! we come to eat lunch everyday due to our work site being so near by and usually I have to translate for my coworkers but since you guys hired this bilingual cashier it’s made ordering faster and more peaceful. Not to mention great paced ! And her team fully supports each other !

The service us top notch, Jessica on the drive-thru is so welcoming and provides superior service as well as her teammates on drivethru. Food was hot and quick! My order was all in the bag! This Zaxby's out does all the others jn the city!.

Great customer service however, my cookies weren't in the on my bag first trip so when I returned to retrieve them Jessica looked down at the old ones on the counter and demanded they baked FRESH ONES!!

I went through the drive through today and it was a bit long with a long wait time. When I finally ordered my food and got to the window Blake was so nice and friendly. Him and the other worker at the window Tekya were so warm and welcoming. When I got my food it was nice and hot! Will be back soon.

I liked their chicken. They are good in crispy slices of bread. Their hot sauce is also gooood. Recommend it. I went there at 130pm and there was no wait in dine in area.
