Sparkling clean, the service was prompt and plenty of room to sit down inside. Very convenient to I-285 (one of the few restaurants on this side of town). The staff was very kind and helpful, and the food was excellent (I have become something of a fast food/Burger King aficionado since I had young kids). Highly recommend, we will be back. Also some gas stations located close by should you need to fill up when stopping off.

Horrible experience! We were charged $28.25 for (3) Classic Chicken Sandwiches, (1) Small Fountain Drink and (2) Bottles of Pure Life Purified Water. They do not take coupons at this location, nor do they suggest or offer any promotions they may have running while placing your order at the counter. We inquired as to why they didn't take coupons and were told by the woman at the counter "this is a truck stop Burger King, our prices are higher. You have to go to a regular Burger King". This Burger King is located in a separate building, several hundred feet from the Petro Truck Stop, who the employee claimed owns it. Upon leaving, we discovered that there were a couple of promotions on the window and some in the drive through area. Had we been aware of them, we could saved approximately $10 and become a repeat customer. Never again! In fact, Burger King as a whole is no longer a consideration for us after this miserable occurrence.

I wish I could give no stars‼️. I should have looked at the reviews before I came. I was so hungry trying to get over from the truck stop. I ordered an impossible burger and got a regular burger. I nicely went up and asked the manager lady, and she said it was an impossible burger. I was talking, and she walked right away. I was the only one in there. I again said this isn’t an impossible burger cause I know what they look like... They just ignored me. This establishment needs new management. I don’t eat beef, and I wasn’t offered anything but attitude.

The employees here are the worst. Their attitudes were so nasty that I literally wanted to put my hands on them. They had no patience, no professionalism, no customer service skills, and wasn't attentive at all. I had to repeat my order 3 times and they still forgot to put an item in my bag. Then when I came back to get it they still gave me the wrong amount; it was an 8 pc jalapeño poppers and they have me a 4 pc. I'll never go here again.

Worst BURGER KING EVER! Will never stop here again! Had to drive all the way back to Mableton to the Burger King there. This people are rude as a can be! Their DriveThru apparently isn’t working and have a rude old lady yelling “come inside” several times instead of telling THE CUSTOMERS that make the business, in a nice way that something isn’t working or put a sign up!

The lead supervisor in the morning has the worst attitude I've ever experienced. She never gets my order right and is never apologetic about it. But the ladies that are at the drive thru window they are always polite. They know thT this person is extremely rude and it's nothing they can do about it. It's sad with everything that's going on in the world this person is so miserable.
