3/12/22. Great eat right away chicken, fresh and crispy, the biscuits are great a day later, not the chicken. Reasonably price 3 piece dark $ 8, breast and wing $11. With 1 side. Dr ink extra.

They are open. The line tends to be long and slow mostly due to them only have one customer facing employee. That one employee is usually rude and impatient. The store goes above and beyond to create a negative experience for the customers. I experience this every time I travel here and eat here. So one can’t simply say the employee was having a bad day. It has to be bad management plain and simple. I will try to avoid this location at all costs in the future

05/12/21: Very slow service with indifferent employees. Prices are reasonable for airport food. Food was ok and I didn’t finish all of my food. Probably got too much, because I hadn’t eaten all day when I ordered. Credit card only when I visited.

Had they this place while I had a layover flight here. Heard some good stuff about this place and I'm glad hi got to try it. So yummy and tasty especially those fries, so much flavor. Had the tender but was too full to try and actually breast piece.

It is fast food in an airport. Don't expect much. Perhaps my hunger and experiences with Bojangles had me expecting a tad more, but not this location. Not this time.
Slow line. The chicken is not what I have received at other locations. Very small pieces, burned to a crisp, over priced. The biscuit was out of a can. The fries were solid and standard Bojangles.

If you're flying from a state that doesn't have Bojangles and you like fried chicken, do yourself a favor and try some Bojangles. Hands down better than KFC or any other national chain. Sure it may not be as good as a mom n pop fried chicken spot, but it is the best chain fried chicken I've ever had. Try the chicken, try their biscuits, try all of their sides, it's all pretty delicious.

This place is ok. Prices are reasonable, but the food is not that good. The cajun chicken sandwich is nice, except for the cheese, which is really sad.
Service is ok, it depends on who attends you. This is due to the fact that most of the servers are indifferent.
The sitting area is dirty and it doesn't feel safe during covid breakout. So I recommend you eat your chicken somewhere else.
3/5.

Wish we could have this Fast Food Chicken spot in Detroit! Chicken was nicely spiced(I got the spicey chicken) well seasoned and juicy but could have been crispier, service was fast, friendly and very curtious but the biscuits were simply DELICIOUS! An excellent experience enroute from one gate to another at the ATL Airport. Will visit again!
