One of the nicest staff ive seen at a fast food restaurant. Lines are often long but they are gone quickly.
Located in the first floor of the student center at Georgia Tech, this chick-fil-a is standard for the franchise, with the exception that the service is not as remarkable as most chick-fil-as. As for the food, it tastes standard and delicious, though the servicing sizes are of impressive.
The staff is always very nice and eager to help if there is an issue. They have always gotten my order right even if I made like 5 modifications. The mobile order is always very fast. Someone stole my mobile order one time and they remade my food quickly and even gave me a cookie. They were very nice about it. Even when they are busy, it doesn’t take long to get your order
Customer service was excellent.
The food was very well prepared.
However, some tables were a bit dirty. But nothing a napkin can't clean.
This Chick-fil-A is, perhaps unfortunately, the best place to eat at Georgia Tech. The Cobb salad is particularly good. Unusually for a campus location, it's run by Chick-fil-A corporate, not Sodexo or something, so they have a much higher quality standard. Being a top dining option, there's always a line, but the app tends to get you food quickly. I think they've mostly ironed out the staffing and lunch rush issues they were having when they first opened in August. Overall, this is a good lunch choice if you're already on GT's campus.
This Chic-fil-A is located inside the Student center building situated inside the Georgia Tech campus. It is the same as any other Chick-fil-A with their standard chicken sandwich and all related items but with limited menu. Service here is quite fast but usually has a long waiting time during the lunch hours. The seating area has a nice and hearty atmosphere
This location is not a full Chick-fil-A becouse it is in a college student center. They do not serve the full menu you may have come to expect all Chick-fil-A locations to have. That being said, they are one of the fastest (perhaps even THE fastest) places to get food in the student center on Georgia Tech campus.
For being an on campus dining location it's actually incredible. They're still very quick and always good quality.
Was there at peak hours. Line was long but it kept moving, waited 20 minutes. Got to cashier, got food in 45 seconds :) so its efficient. Crowded, but typical for a large public university like GTech
Food was always great. Worked here as a student and loved the work environment and coworkers.
