By far the worst jimmy johns I have ever encountered. Horrible customer service. Employees never answer the phone and when they do they’re rude and unpleasant. Delivery is NOT freaky fast and very unreliable. If you have somewhere to be or on any sort of time constraint do not order from them. Several times I’ve ordered my food took OVER an hour and thirty mins to come. Then they have the nerve to be upset if you don’t tip them. Here’s a tip- provide better customer service!!! Maybe!? If I was the owner of this place I would clean house and hire an entire new staff. Because the employees are running this business down. Look at the reviews… it’s very clear.

Drivers are always pleasant, but nearly always take an hour to deliver. My order has rarely had any issues when it arrives, but it takes so long to get here that I'm just over it. I think this may be my last order with this JJs. I frequently order from the JJ downtown, and get my food "freaky fast". I'm *certain* they have a much higher call volume, and yet they have it together. I really want to support the nice drivers that deliver, but it's very hard to spend my money when I know I won't get it in a timely fashion as advertised.

Horrible customer service inside the restaurant. Lady behind the counter was very short and got my order wrong. When I came back in she quickly asked me “what’s wrong” with an attitude in front of another customer then quickly made my sub alongside their order which was also then wrong. Came back in again and once again in front of a bunch of people she scoffed “what’s wrong now?” And then proceeded to hand me the items in a cup that she left off as if I’m making my own sandwich. No mask or gloves on either. Extremely un professional and bad day or not you don’t treat customers like this if you’re in the service industry. Seems to be a pattern here. Will never be coming to this location again and this was my first time here..
- 2 hours later I also have a severely upset stomach.. so take that for what it’s worth..

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
Order Placed at 11:48 on a Tuesday.
Order was updated to on the way around 12:05.
Order was not received by 1:30 (Called store, and was put on hold for 10 minutes and gave up on getting it answered).
Called back at 1:44 and was told it was arriving in 10 minutes.
Called again at 2:00 and was told it hadn't left the store yet, so I requested they just cancel the order. I was told by the associate that he would tell the manager to do so.
2:25... Jimmy Johns calls and asked if I got my order... Which I had not, and I said I cancelled it about 20 minutes ago when I called in. The person on the phone said they would cancel it right then.
I expect a slow delivery time in cases of lunch rush or weather, but this is garbage. Delivery cannot be trusted to arrive in a reasonable amount of time.
Will never order from this store again.

Not as fast as they once were. And today it took at least 6 calls before someone actually answered, the phone would ring several times then hang up. I placed an order for a sandwich add peppers and cut it in half with a large Coke, the guy who took my order said it would be 30-35 minutes. The driver arrived in an hour + 10 minutes, without my drink and the sandwich did not have the peppers I requested nor was it cut. A major inconvenience when I placed an order for delivery because I'm at work and can't leave.😡😡😡

This is the worst delivery service I have ever experienced. I order my sandwich at 2:36pm and it was received at 2:37pm. The tracking system told me my order was out for delivery when I checked at 2:55pm. At 3:20pm I called and the manager informed me that her delivery driver was on the way back and that they were short staffed. She offered me a sandwich coupon which I accepted. Fast forward, after calling once again, I did not receive my sandwich until 4:30pm and had not one coupon was in the bag. I tried to call the location back and received no answer. I will NEVER order from here ever again.

Horrible customer service. Never received order. Placed order at 5:30, called restaurant at 6:15 to follow up since they close at 7. Was assured that order was on the way. Called back at 6:50 and was told order was delivered and sitting outside. It wasn’t. The order tracker was never even updated to “Delivered/Complete” status. Was still on the phone with restaurant when I went checking outside and they were rushing me off the phone since they were closing. Half heartedly offered refund.

Actually disappointed with this locations services. First it looked closed because
every single light is turned off and it’s currently only 12:45pm. Second, the amount of avacado on the veggie sandwich is so subpar. At this point it is just a cheese sandwich. Won’t be coming back to this location. I asked if more could be added and I was told I would have to be charged for the extra amount. Maybe I’m being greedy but I’ve never had this less amount on a sandwich at other locations. It’s barely a dollop of avocado. Sad to say goodbye to this location because it’s closest to my house.
