Panera Bread

I ended up here today after a horrible experience at STK and I am thankful. I walked in and the lady didn't see me right away but soon as she did she apologized and immediately asked me if I was a member. She took my name and freely answered all of my question and even waited for me to pull up the website so that I could see what I normally order. Now keep in mind that she informed me that they didn't have ghe bread that normally comes with the Grilled Cheese sandwich. I asked her what kind of bread they had and she explained it to me without a problem. I asked her if they had any birthday specials and she said I would've received one via email. I looked in my email and found the title of it but I couldn't get it to open. She said don't worry about it ans took my 20% off. She handed me my muffins and as I waited, the young man behind the counter made eye contact and asked me if I was Miss King. I said yes. He informed me that he was making my meal and it was almost ready. As he Prepared my bag he looked at the receipt and asked me if I had received my muffins. I told him yes, thanks for asking. He then gave my food and told me to have a great day with a smile. Such wonderful employees and better service than a place with fake grass on the walls. Then again, Panera always has great employees. Thank you so much.

This Panera's manager, Adriona was awesome! She is very personable and went above and beyond the call of duty to deliver a meal to us that was initially wrong. I am happy to say that she gave us that old fashioned customer service! She is very kind and genuinely concerned about the customer having a good experience. I truly thank you Adriona!

Used the self serve ordering for the first time. Got me through the line faster and I could view the order board to see when it was ready. Food was very tasty but they burned my pita a bit and apple was not the freshest. I will go back though. Good automated self serve system. Wish everybody had one.
