One of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had- I ordered the Grilled Chicken Focaccia and it did not disappoint. The flavor and quality from the house made rosemary focaccia and smoked mozzarella pulled fresh that morning and tender marinated chicken made for the perfect lunch. A must visit for a classic Italian deli experience.
Popped in for a quick lunch before taking the train back to Manhattan and glad we did! These sandwiches are humongous. Probably could have gotten away with splitting one for two people but happy I got to try two different sandwiches. The house made rosemary focaccia bread is absolutely phenomenal. Great price too for the Hamptons. I want to come back and try another and then see what the Pizzettas are all about.
Villa Italian Specialties is a great sandwich shop. One of the better priced bang for your buck kind of place. The sandwiches are really big and there is an extensive menu of Italian sandwiches, salad, paninis, and to go foods. Overall a decent place and staff are friendly!

Amazing! I broke my diet to get another meatball Parma and have no shame. Great staff, and it's great to be a new customer knowing theve been serving the community for decades. Highly recommended, especially since it's right off the train.
The best paninis and sandwiches around. Cannot say enough about how amazing their sandwiches and paninis are. Love this place.

Get the villa combo its one of the greatest sandwiches I've ever had. I'm no longer living in the Hamptons but anytime I go there and visit family I stop there for the villa combo its worth it.
I would say this place has the best Italian sausages. You can get spiral sausages with different flavors like Spinach and Garlic, etc.
I love a sandwich. Most sandwiches. Arguably the best food. The bbq chicken focaccia here is so good and big enough to feed a family. (Or feed 1 person multiple meals.) Also the place is not filled with horrible Hamptons monsters. So that’s a plus. They have great pre-made meals to go and heat up at home, too.
