Very busy but fast service. They have a kiosk for ordering inside as well as the order windows. Drive thru also. The food was good. The coleslaw was very good but next time I’ll request a larger one, very small. Could use some of interior renovations if you’re thinking of bringing a date. Exterior looks very nice. Cashiers were nice and accurate.

Just moved to Atlanta and I’ve heard great things about JJ’s so before getting back on the interstate I stopped to get the JJ’s experience. When I arrived the line was wrapped around the building so I knew the food had to be FIRE. I went inside since I was driving a uhaul, but once inside the atmosphere was great, the lobby was clean, the customer service was AMAZING. The cashier was extremely helpful and helped me and my mom decide what I get. Once the food was received after a few minutes, my mom did a taste test and said “NOW YALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YALL SELF FOR HOW GOOD THIS FOOD IS 😂😂😂” Everybody laughed and thanked her for the compliment. We said our goodbyes and went on our way, but before leaving we sat outside in the uhaul and ate our food. Everything was FRESH and seasoned perfectly, from the fish, to the chicken, to the shrimp and fries. Not to mention the LEMONADE 😩 OMG‼️ ONE sip and me and my mom was hooked. Just know this JJ’s has DEFINITELY gained a new customer with me and I will be eating there faithfully. Thank you for the amazing service and food. If you ever in Atlanta and never ate at JJ’s, give them a try you WILL NOT regret it.

The food was great as always. We ordered the chicken gizzards and a piece of fish. Everything was cooked to order and very well seasoned. The only issues we experienced was the strawberry kiwi lemonade was more syrup than anything else and the young lady at the register was a bit confused about what she was doing.

Out of all the franchises I've been to, this one reigns supreme! Yes, if you are not in the area, live near the area. It's a drive! But this is the best one to go to if ur a first timer! It's pretty much crowded 80% of the time! But it's well worth the wait and the drive! The oil is changed frequently! This is indeed a treat if you wanna break your diet if fried food! I highly recommend this spot!
