We had Beautiful as our server , she was very vibrant and smiling. Good service

This Applebees has a great atmosphere. Definitely has a cool local neighborhood vibe. Love the music they play. Kianna is a delightful server. She is always smiling and knows how to make your dinning experience feel special!
Excellent service! The food tasted great, the tables and seats were very comfortable, our area was very clean, the mozzarella sticks with the waffle fries along with the blue raspberry lemonade drink were all delicious and were all made perfectly!

Normally I don’t enjoy myself here because the service is sooooo bad mainly the bartender.
But I must say Khaijah has made a change in my viewing of this establishment and if I come and don’t see her I’m leaving not waiting my time or money. She so patient and on it, you can tell it’s not just a job

This is the BEST Applebee's I've been to. The service was superb and the food was Delicious. My daughters and I ordered the steak with garlic mashed potatoes and garlicky green beans. Dream was our server & was incredible.
First of all we arrived pretty late (1am, they close at 2) and thought we were going to have to order to go and eat in the car. The entire staff was focused on closing & told us we couldn’t get a table.

Host was a little rude to me and my mom and didn't acknowledge us. I had to ask when we would be seated. The food was absolutely amazing, and the waitress was very attentive. Will likely come here again in the future!

Been coming here for years. They finally hired a server that is the epitome of greatness. Jamel T. When Jamel 1st approached the table, he already had water with lemons. 1st time ever a server has done that here. So thankful for the experience.
Went after Sunday Church Service and the wait was only a 15min wait... the server and the hostess was very pleasant. Enjoyed the food and waiting Sunday football! Thanks for bringing excellent Customer Service to the Southside.
