Applebee's

Dream was our server & was incredible. First of all we arrived pretty late (1am, they close at 2) and thought we were going to have to order to go and eat in the car. The entire staff was focused on closing & told us we couldn’t get a table. While waiting on our to go order my friend noticed a server talking to security about a customer who refused to leave or pay for her food. My friend offered to pay the food if we could have her table. Dream graciously accepted and proceeded to serve us drinks and allow us to eat our to go order at the table, despite the restaurant closing in 30m. She was so sweet & gave us amazing service despite the circumstances. She is truly the definition of elegance; she changed our whole night with her energy and grace. Servers, pls take note, because to be frank, the bartenders, hosts etc were not willing to deal with us. All we wanted was some food, and with an hr until close, it should not be that hard to get. As a food industry professional of 10y myself, I do understand the frustration before closing so I don’t blame the employees who weren’t as warm, but I do think the store should have more employees at that hr if they are that busy before closing. You should never have half the restaurant empty and be forced to refuse customers a whole hr before closing.. we were def a bit late, don’t get me wrong, but their attitude reflected that they were stressed, overworked, and understaffed, and Dream made it happen, we were very lucky to meet her! The food and atmosphere were both amazing, and the $1 margs were so fun!! Will definitely be back to Applebees soon :)

This is the BEST Applebee's I've been to. The service was superb and the food was Delicious. My daughters and I ordered the steak with garlic mashed potatoes and garlicky green beans. The steak was cooked to perfection. We ate ALL our food. My grandkids have never been that quiet at the table. Their food was delicious as well. They ate it ALL. I can't remember the waitress' name. She knew her stuff. She was very attentive and knowledgeable.

Normally I don’t enjoy myself here because the service is sooooo bad mainly the bartender. But I must say Khaijah has made a change in my viewing of this establishment and if I come and don’t see her I’m leaving not waiting my time or money. She so patient and on it, you can tell it’s not just a job for her. Your service is everything and then some. F.Y.I. She the bartender 😘
