I have eaten there many times in the past and as always, yesterday did not disappoint. I had two orders of the Surin baskets (beyond amazing) and the Thai sausage. Took two with me who had never been. They loved it!!! The service is always excellent. Highly recommended.

This is a family owned restaurant that has apparently been here for years. It's very spacious, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The wait staff are so personable and pleasant. The food came out fast and OMG! IT WAS SO DELICIOUS!! I had boneless basil duck! It was perfection. I will be back!

The Spicy Coconut Soup is amazing! Its presentation is unique, exciting, and the flame coming out of the top keeps the soup warm for a long time. We got Pad Thai and Fried Rice as well. They were okay. The service was personalized and very considerate. The atmosphere would be better if the bathrooms were cleaner. We will be going back.

We have been patronizing Surin since 2005. This restaurant used to have a line to get a table, but not anymore. We dined here on a Friday night and it was not busy at all. The food still very good, the service is attentive, but we feel the ambiance is missing. Walking in and the restaurant looks bland, something is missing. Surin had the crowd, don't know what happened to it. They used have a big flower arrangement that added a nice touch to the bar area, no longer there. This time for starters we ordered the Dim Sum and the Dumplings, they were well prepared, fresh, great taste. My main course, Massaman Curry, as I always remember it, well balance flavors, Yummy. I will definitely patronize Surin again.

I can't understand how this restaurant doesn't have a better rating. The food is flavorful and authentic. The kitchen is however conscious of spice levels - any dish can be made spicy but if you do not ask, they will prepare it as mild. I ordered everything mild so that I could taste the nuances in the curries and meats. It was delicious. So much so that I returned a few days later and order things spiced up. Equally as good, great presentation, and the wait staff is constantly checking on you to make sure everything is perfect. Really enjoy this restaurant and I'm glad I tried them out!

Pretty good Thai food, though maybe lacking in variety. I ordered the spicy basil leaves and it wasn't really spicy but more so a bit overly sweet. A lack of vegan appetizers was also a bit disappointing. The price to amount of food ratio was pretty good though. The staff was very friendly and checked in just enough which was nice.

It's hard to find good Thai food ITP. I've tried a lot of different places and this makes the top three. Coconut soup was delicious! What a nice way to warm up from the cold. Green curry was excellent. The space is a little loud. The creme brulee was cold inside and didn't quite crack, but it was still a tasty custard. Our server was very friendly and prompt with our drink refills. Will be back!

Really enjoyed this Thai restaurant. As usual, my husband and I went for our Saturday hike and then found ourselves in the mood for some light summer time food, which always makes me think of Thai food. Parking - this is the downside of the location. Street parking, very few spaces and pretty tight. If you can find a spot, grab it. Parking aside, this is well worth a visit. We tried a few dishes and found all of them to be very light, full of flavor, and full of fresh seafood. Spicy Papaya Salad - simple and good. This reminded me of the type of papaya salad you would actually get in Thailand. Nothing fancy, but great spice profile and heat. What is really special and unique about the Papaya salad is the side of dried Thai beef (jerky like) that comes with it. I kid you not, it tastes like well made fried chicken. Soooo good!! Spicy Seafood Soup - in one word: balanced! A good amount of seafood in this slightly spicy Tom Yum broth with slivers of raw ginger that elevate the flavor. Pad Thai (with tofu) - nothing special, but also not overly sweet or overly seasoned. This is nice and light and the tofu was great with the sear from the wok. Mixed Seafood in Spicy Basil Sauce - this was the star of the show! We didn’t need the rice at all, meaning it wasn’t overly spicy, but the sweet and spicy balance with the strong basil aromatics made this dish perfect. All the seafood in it was super fresh and delicate. We will definitely be back for more! Thanks for keeping the flavors simple and more authentic

Great overall experience. Food was delicious, you need to try the coconut soup and the massaman curry, they were great. Service was quick and fine, not great but not rude either. Ordered a Mojito and it was OK, nothing to be impressed about and a bit overpriced for what it was, but did the work. Will definitely repeat.

I love this place. One of the best Thai restaurants in Atlanta. Consistently good food. Masaman Curry is my all time favorite and we always get a double order of Surin Baskets for an appetizer.

I was asked on a birthday date. I love to eat. I will try almost anything once. The coconut soup was delicious😋. The way they serve it was beautiful and intriguing. The chicken larb sounds funny but was sooo goood! Please eat it with the cabbage, your taste buds will thank you! The L. Beef salad is something that made me think twice. After taking the first bite I truly wanted to order another one to go. The lamb chops and fried rice was great. I will visit this place again. And the drinks....... OUTSTANDING!!🍸😍🤗🤤
