I love coming here and I have never left disappointed. I usually stick with the same few items. The beef hot pot and really any hot pot is a great choice. I love the Mongolian beef and the hot oil pot stickers. Everytime I come here I leave feeling warm inside like a great hug from your grandmother. I always feel at peace and in balance after eating here.

UPDATED 2023 CONSISTENTLY GOOD This establishment is part of the Chinatown food court - and a veritable hidden gem for AUTHENTIC Szechuan Chinese food. The proprietor is an excellent chef - and I have never been disappointed with ANY of his recommendations. I especially enjoy his cooking. Order your entrée(s), and it comes with complimentary soup (hot and sour, or mixed-veggies-tofu) and complimentary rice. I have been back sampling different dishes but my favorite is still the dry-fried cumin-spiced fish with veggies. I can't wait to try many other dishes! China Kitchen truly serves AUTHENTIC SZECHUAN CHINESE CUISINES. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

There are a several Chinese food providers in the Chamblee China Town complex. Several of the reviews I’ve read posted here are obviously, from the pictures and comments, from people who ate at places there that are not China Kitchen. If you enjoy or want to try real authentic Chinese food that’s not “American” and loaded with sugar, Kitchen is one of the best places in Atlanta. The quality and taste is unbelievable especially with the portion sizes and affordability. China Kitchen has catered large parties of/for Chinese Nationals for me for several years and they always rave about how good and authentic the food is and line up to take the leftovers home. I HIGHLY recommend!!!

I've been going here since i was 6. Over the years ive seen menu changes and mamy more updates. It's nice that the people whom work there appreciate their customers. But sadly as the years go by the place is being ripped apart. Service has declined and take out as good as it was back then. Top 1 Gourmet, is the spot i usually go to but with the change of the soup taste and their menu im disappointed that its not as good as it was.

Yes, it's a food court... this isn't date night ambience. Yes, it's Chinese food, *not* American Chinese. Go elsewhere for orange chicken or beef with broccoli (you might be disappointed). Would highly recommend dry hot pot with fish (dried cuts of fish, cumin seasoning, lots of vegetables), spicy chicken (I don't know how they get it so crispy), red chili oil wontons or the master dumplings, salt and pepper fish/squid (not spicy at all but perfectly crunchy), and twice cooked pork. First time here. Pretty good Chinese food at a reasonable price. I got the spicy minced pork noodles (Dan Dan noodles) and they were pretty tasty! Hot and fresh too. I will say for 10 bucks it was a little steep for what it was but I still enjoyed it and am happy to support a local business. I will be back to try some other food.
