I wish I can give this store more than five stars. They are always very friendly and patient with me. I have two stores that I can go to and this is always my go to. Mj the manager was very knowledgeable and professional. And of course the food is always delicious and fresh. Until next time guys. As always thank you

When I visited Jimmy John's on 2/25/22, I went to pick up my order that was placed using the app. I got out of my car to walk in, but couldn't because the door was locked. I wouldn't have a problem if there was a sign I could see letting me know I couldn't come inside before I reached for the door handle. So I had to get in my car to go through the drive thru, but now two cars had gotten in the long line by the time I pulled in line. The food was fantastic, as usual. They have a sign on the drive thru window that they may not have some items, and guess what, they were out of straws! Good sandwiches, though.

I want to say thank you to the young lady that helped me today. It may seem small to most people but I'm in actual tears by her kind gesture. Last night I ordered a sandwich but JJ's didn't have what I wanted. So I decided to go back today. The lady at the window was so kind! She was so apologetic and even offered me a drink. It may seem small to some people but what she didn't know was that I had just left the hospital. I'm pregnant and my significant other is in a coma fighting covid in ICU. sometimes just a small act of kindness can carry you a very long way. Thank you! I hope you get blessed!!!!
