Dunkin'

I ran in there Saturday for coffee as the two guys were about to close for the night. I half expected them to not let me in the door when he said the inside was closed but I could go to the drive through, but he was kind enough to let me in and order (instead of making me get back in my car and drive around). Super nice guys, 5 stars for service

There's a lot of negative reviews for this location but I think they are unfair. There are approximately 5 employees working this store on a busy Friday morning. The drive-thru is so long that there is a police officer directing traffic in and out. Furthermore, there's probably easily a half a dozen customers in the store consistently. We all know there is I work for shortage and some industries especially in the restaurant industry. These five people are doing the best that they can, trying to keep up with a number of customers that are coming in, all while trying to remain somewhat pleasant despite the people grumbling and complaining while they are working. These are difficult times, and even if there wasn't a workforce shortage, these employees are operating as quickly and as efficiently as they can. Please think twice or even three times before you post a negative review about this place or even other restaurants. Be grateful that you can pull up in your car and have your food handed to you so that you can drive off. I know I am.

Like I literally love y’all as a crew, just PLEASE pay attention though. My orders are so simple I feel and somehow they get messed up 9/10. Try reading orders back to customers and also take your time! I ALWAYS get almond milk BECAUSE I’m lactose intolerant.... long story short I’m currently writing this review from the toilet at work 😩thank y’all 😒😭

Lets have a sit down talk about a donut. To be more accurate a dunkin donuts. You my followers know how i get about a team and a well oiled machine. There is an amazing DD in atlanta. The finest a group of people i have ever seen. Kind non judgemental group ive seen in a very very long time. Smiles are abound everywhere. Their greeting with a smile is sure to change you day into a great one. Lets talk clean smells are everything.. Candice jas such a wonderful attitude to the oint of amazimg. Greatness is all around her. Im surely glad i came in here. For i was having a really bad day and even a really bad week. Thank you Candice for making it better. Well folks ill see down the road. Great staff great restaurant. Just GREAT.....

My experience here is always great and they take of me well because I go there every morning that I work. But today I had a different experience, I asked for an iced coffee and I think I received a latte which is not bad, but I didn't have a taste for that this morning. I also ordered the new bbq bacon croissant and the croissant was burned to a crisp! I am sure they were just busy and was moving to quick but I am sure they will get it together!

I had a great experience the other night. Tatiana was incredible and her customer service was on point. She really made a positive impact during my order right before they were closing. She helped me with my order thanks to her knowledge of the menu, and saved me from ordering something by mistake. thanks again

Stop here daily multiple times a day for coffee lol. Service is always quick and friendly. Staff is great and they are a clean establishment. I love my neighborhood Dunkin Donuts!! My SECOND extra large with extra cream and sugar for today lol. They pretty much just see me coming in the door and start making it every time lol. They are the best!!! A++ 💯👍👌❤
