Piccadilly Cafeteria

The food was good, but the service was not good. We had to wait outside the door for 10 minutes until finally an employee walked up and rang the bell to get someone to open it. Then there was no cashier, we had to wait in a line to get checked out as well. I enjoyed my food. They apologized and mentioned that they were short because people haven't showed up and were late as usual.

Niecey Jones, put me where I needed to be. She blessed me with a warm smile, greeting, positivity, and she listened to my request while serving my food on the line. She also worked the cash register within the same hour. She was truly a blessing. I'm coming more often because I know I will be treated with dignity, compassion, kindness, respect, positive vibes, and vibrant energy. This location I visited was on Godby Road in College Park, Georgia. Her customer service is impeccable and is often unmatched in these days. This location has GREAT food, and my waiter was awesome, too. I believe she is in her 60's or 70's, (the waiter). I didn't catch her name. THE MOST HIGH GOD is blessing this Picadilly's Cafeteria.

Food was really good. The half baked chicken was really seasoned, carrot soufflé was great, and navy beans really tasty! Chopped steak was delicious, mashed potatoes on point. The wait time was terrible, they were out of the chopped steak. They gave a good portion of gravy and onions. The rolls were too dark, and grain muffin was hard. Had to wait over 20 mins. They weren't busy when we walked in assuming they weren't ready for a rush. About 30 people came in after us. Pricy for add ons, they wanted $10.99 for just 1 extra chopped steak. I just purchased an additional meal at $12.99. Will go back, this is one of the better tasting locations.

I went in on 3/7/2023 it was my husbands birthday and our anniversary...so I picked him up two slices of red velvet cake. He loved it something simple and sweet. Loved the service thank you queen for putting my slices in to go containers. I will be back... Cakes were delicious um um. I would have taken a picture he woofed them down... LoL 🤣🤣
