Great quality ice cream. Love their method of servicing customers. There are three cases of ice cream and they are all the same flavors so you don’t have the stress of trying to figure out what you want.

This place definitely lived up to its hype. 10 out of 10 on the tasty scale! The flavors are so unique and delicious. We can’t wait to go back!

This place lives up to the hype and expectations. The service was excellent! My wife and I arrived with our 5 children for the 1st time. The person assisting us was very helpful, and kind to our children, and gave as many samples as needed. We will definitely return.

This place has the right name! The ice cream here is splendid indeed. I only tried three flavors but I bought all three to take home. Sweet tooth fully satisfied!

I love the ice cream here! The butterscotch popcorn flavor is the best I've ever had, I went for some today but it's not coming back until August (seasonal). I tried the Everything Bagel flavor and it was good...surprisingly! Try it, you won't be disappointed!

Jeni’s icecream is iconic for its robust and bold flavors. The portion is leaning on smaller size. The waffle cones are fresh. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pricing is reasonable. Parking is paid parking at this location. And the parking patrol is on you as soon as you park, so make sure you follow through with payment.

Jeni's Ice Cream in West Atlanta has quickly become a favorite spot for me and my team at Loving Atlanta Life. This place is a sweet treat haven that you don't want to miss!
The ice cream flavors at Jeni's are out of this world, and they even have one that tastes like a bagel! It may sound unusual, but trust me, it's a flavor adventure that all the explorers out there should try.
During my visit, I decided to indulge in a combination of classic and unique flavors. The Gooey Butter Cake, which is Jeremiah's favorite, and the dark chocolate scoop were absolute delights. And to top it off, everything was served in a sprinkle-topped waffle cone that added an extra layer of deliciousness.
Jeni's definitely has my stamp of approval, and I'll be back very soon to beat that Atlanta summer heat! The ice cream is perfect for sunny days.
Thank you, Jeni's Ice Cream, for the delightful experience. Can't wait to visit again!

I’ve been a huge Jeni’s fan since stumbling upon her ice cream at Whole Foods a few years back. It’s really great that she has a store front in select cites. I do wish that all of the flavors were available to try in the store. For select flavors, you have to purchase the pint in the store.

Neat little ice cream shoppe. I was visiting Herman Miller showroom and retail store which was in the same complex, and I saw the name for “Jeni’s Ice Cream” and I remember my sister had mentioned Jeni’s as worth going for.
Friendly staff, and was able to bear w/ me and my small group as we sampled most of the flavors. I must have sampled at least 10 different flavors, before finally deciding on two of them for the duo scoop.
I also asked for popular flavors, and these were the top two heavy hitters. Gooey Butter Cake with caramel-butterscotch sauce, and Brambleberry Crisp with vanilla and brambleberry jam.
Both were rather exceptional, or close to it in any case. I liked the Butter Cake flavor the most — supposed to be their most popular flavor.
All in all, awesome ice cream spot, and would recommend stopping by if you have the chance. The size for two scoops is rather small, and it doesn’t feel like you’re gaining weight by eating them, even though it’s def on the sugary side. Neat ice cream spot, in the heart of Atlanta.
