Absolutely the nicest people working here. The food is fire and service is quick. Came here on my way to my destination and on my way back. I definitely recommend this spot.
Overall it was a decent experience nothing too much complain about. I was a little peeved that they spelled my name To and kept yelling toe and teo. I mean my name is Tom. It's not that hard to spell but maybe it was just a typo. Food was good. A little pricey but all airport food is.
Southern hospitality on full display at Shake Shack in the Delta terminal in Atlanta! Service stellar, food fresh and made to order! Complete happiness!
Smoke stack burger was delicious but tiny. Juicy, smoky, and crispy bacon. Fries were also pretty good, though slightly soggy. The price they charged didn't match with what was on the sign, which had me confused, but with a long line and airport rush I didn't argue. $16 for a small burger and fries is a little steep even for an airport, but you gotta pay for quality.
I had a breakfast sandwich prior to my flight. The food was good, the sandwich was better than expected, the tots were ok. The only issue was the slow service. Since this was my first visit, I can't say it is normal or not, and they could be having a bad day. I also ordered a coffee but was not asked if I wanted cream or sugar, and I looked for a coffee station, but there was not one. Had to go and board my flight, but I wish I had a coffee.
I ordered and five minutes later realized I had to leave to catch my flight. I let them know I was leaving, and they were asking me what I got. I told them that they could have my food, but they wouldn’t take that for an answer. Even with a lot of people in front of me they were trying to get my order to me in under 30 seconds before I left. I left without my food and started walking to my gate. Over 5 minutes later I hear someone behind me yelling WAIT! I turn around and one of the employees aka employee of the month was running after me with my order. This was all in the Atlanta airport with us one of the busiest in the country. They managed to get every I ordered and a straw. I made my flight and had a great meal. This employee deserves a raise. Thank you so much I will definitely be coming back to tip that employee.
Good option when at the airport. Food was fresh and flavorful. Staff was quick and accurate. Just get extra napkins as you'll be eating it on you lap - no place to sit with tables at this location.
This one is located across from gate A27 in the ATL airport . The price for a bottle drink and smoke stack was 14.73. It took around 10 minutes to get the burger. The burger was the size of mcdonalds double which they seem to be bigger in their stand alone stores. Still faster and cheap then the sit down restaurant. Several pdfs of ATL didn't show it here but it was here as of May 2023. You order on the left and wait for them to call your name on the right. You can get a foundation drink or choose a bottle drink on the left of the ordering area.
I grabbed a burger from shake shack on the way to a connecting flight. There was not line for ordering but there was a short wait to get the food. It only took about 10 minutes total, which is about all the time I had. The burger was surprisingly good. It tasted like real, unfrozen beef. The bun tasted like a Hawaiian roll, which was more interesting than what you get at Wendy’s or Burger King.
While travel through the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, I stopped for a quick bite to eat before getting on another flight connect to my final destination. The cheeseburger and fries were delicious. The employees were really nice and helpful when I wasn’t sure what to order.
