Starbucks

I live an hour away and I wanted a coffee before heading home. Unfortunately there isn’t a drive thru and I have a sleeping baby in the car. So I figured I’d do a mobile app and then do the curbside that they offer but I couldn’t figure it out on the app. I called the store and the young barista happily brought out my much needed grande iced coffee. This mama is super appreciative!

I am almost a daily visitor here except when I don't have to work that day mainly. I love coffee and I love Starbucks. The amazing baristas here get to know you by name and certainly make you feel special with the many patrons that come through the door daily. The manager Renee and the morning shift are awesome sauce and I wish I could clone them for other stores!!! Great job Monroe and 8th you know what I like and you're all amazing at what you do!!!!

I don't leave many (if any) reviews, but I have to shout out the amazing barista who whipped up a noncaffeinated drink for me on the fly today. I ordered a caramel apple spice, but unfortunately they were out of apple juice today. Instead of telling me "too bad" and sending me away with a cup of water, Robin immediately offered to create a noncaffeinated drink for me. Robin concocted a delicious steamed coconut milk late for me with yummy toffee nut, caramel syrup, cinnamon, and more! It tasted like Christmas! Great customer service deserves recognition! Thank you, Robin!

Very friendly. With a football stadium nearby and busy street, off business hours and games makes this place a good hangout. You can charge phones without adapters here like newer busses. With three entrances and the venues' style makes it well lit, open spaced and visible. Surrounding greenery and indoor ventilation provides good air.
